Recalls: Grills and Accessories

The recall involves four and five burner models of MR. STEAK propane gas grills, models MS-4B-PG, SKU 2472264 and MS-5B-PG, SKU 2472265, that have both a fuel gauge and a fuel line that is not attached to the inside of the grill. The grills are stainless steel with black trim and have four or five black and red dials. The words "MR. STEAK" are printed below the thermometer on the grills' lid. The recall also applies to SKUs 2366916 and 2366917 if the consumer added an aftermarket fuel gauge to the regulator assembly. A label on the inside of the left compartment door or on the back of the grill identifies the model number of the grill. The SKU is printed on the purchase receipt. Read more.

This recall involves the Scout and Ranger portable wood-pellet fueled grills. The portable grills are black-metal rectangular boxes with a clamshell opening for access to the grill. The grills are marked with the word "Traeger" and the Scout model also has an image of mountains on the top of the grill. The Scout has a curved silver handle on the front of the grill with a round dial to adjust the temperature. The Ranger has a straight silver handle on the front of the grill with a push-button touchpad to adjust the temperature. The grills are about 21 inches long, 20 inches wide, and 13 inches high. The Scout weighs about 45 pounds and the Ranger weighs about 60 pounds including its cast iron griddle. Read more.

This recall involves Hampton Bay 50,000 BTU, 30 inch Cross Ridge Outdoor Gas Fire Pit Table Patio Heaters with model number G-FTB51057B and UPC 6944937601579. The fire pit has an antique bronze finish with a natural slate tabletop and a black base that holds a propane tank. The model and UPC are printed on the product's packaging. Read more.

This recall involves Model RA329 LP regulators with a date code in the range of 1120 to 1344, which were: sold with certain SABER LP grills, warranty part kits, and natural gas to LP conversion kits; installed as warranty or service parts in certain other SABER LP grills; or installed in SABER natural gas grills and burners if they have been converted to use LP instead of natural gas. The model number of the grill is located on a rating label located on the underside of the grease tray. The regulator date code is stamped on the regulator adjacent to the gas tank connection, and the regulator model number is on the center of the regulator. This recall involves Living Traditions mini barrel charcoal grills. The black steel grills measure about 18 inches by 15 inches by 18.5 inches. They have a black handle on the lid and one on each side, and at the front a heat gauge and a silver latch. Model number SXB1501 and UPC code 00000 19877 are printed on the product's packaging. This recall involves wooden barrel-shaped charcoal grills with the Shock Top logo at the front. The grills are used as display enhancers in retail, liquor, convenience and other stores or were received by consumers as promotional giveaways and at charity auctions. The grill measures approximately 20 inches in diameter and 33 inches high. Item number 1089930 and PO number CMD8051855 are printed on the product packaging. Read more.

This recall involves all Pro Ambient Temperature Probes and Pro Meat Probes manufactured from May 2014 through June 2014. The probes were sold separately as an accessory for the iGrill, iGrill2, iGrillmini grilling thermometers and the Kitchen Thermometer and Kitchen Thermometer mini cooking thermometers. The meat probe was also sold as a component of the iGrill2 set. The probes consist of a curved stainless steel rod attached to a mini connector by a steel braided cable. Pro Ambient Temperature probes are about 6 inches long with a metal grate clip on the end. Pro Meat Probes are about 6 3/4 inches long. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came with either a red or yellow rubber sleeve and an oval black plastic cord holder. Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probes and Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probes came with a green rubber sleeve and a round white plastic cord holder. The iDevices logo is stamped into the top of the cord holder. Recalled probes have only two indentations, or crimps, in the base of the probe tube where attached to the braided cable. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came in red packaging. The complete fireplace has a circumference of 72 inches and stands 24 inches high. The recalled model number CTFB215 is located on the color label, which is on the box that the product comes in. The recall involves two Char-Broil® Gas Patio Bistro® Grills: the model 240 Full Size grill and the model 180 Table Top grill. Both are single-burner propane gas grills equipped with a battery-operated integrated electronic ignition and intended only for outdoor use. The grills have round black bodies with silver/aluminum trim. The words "Char-Broil®" and "Patio Bistro®" are printed near the thermometer on the grill's lid and near the control knob on the front of the grill. The grills have a rating label on the bottom support on the back of the unit that states "Char-Broil, LLC," the model number and other information. The upright electric smoker is a rectangular, black matte colored cabinet with a stainless steel door with a glass window. The smokers were sold with a remote control and have a control panel on the top front of the unit. The 20070312 model smoker measures about 32 inches high by 17 inches wide by 15 inches deep. The 20070512 model smoker measures about 40 inches high by 22 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Model number 20070312 or 20070512 is printed on the serial plate located on the rear panel of the smoker.
