This recall involves Master Forge four-burner gas grills with a single-door base. "Master Forge" is written on the grill's hood. The model number GD4825 is located on a label inside the door of the grill's base. "Item 94227" is written on the cover of the instruction manual. Read more.

This recall involves STOK Island and STOK Quattro gas grills. The STOK Island has a round grill base and two burners. “STOK” is written on the grill cover and a label on the bottom of the grill stand. The STOK Quattro gas grill is a rectangular, four-burner grill. “STOK” is printed on the grill’s lid. To identify whether a specific Island or Quattro grill is included in this recall, you will need to look at the grill’s regulator. The recalled grills have regulators on them with the model number “AZF” on the front and a date code between 1046 and 1143 on the back of the regulator. Read more.

This recall involves Iroda O-Grill models 1000 and 3000 produced before 2010. Some were also sold under the Tailgating Gear brand. Both models are lightweight, portable, clamshell-type propane grills with steel bodies, cast iron cooking surfaces, retractable legs and a handle. They can be used with either 1-pound propane cylinders or 20-pound propane tanks. The grills come in orange, red, green, blue, silver and black and have the words "O-Grill" stamped on the metal grill cover. Recalled O-Grills do not have ventilation slots in the regulator cover where the propane bottle screws in. Grills with ventilation slots in the regulator cover are not subject to the recall. This recall includes Wolfgang Puck brand combination electric grills/griddles with dual thermostatic controls and model number BRTGG010. The grills measure about 14.5 inches in width, 11 inches in depth and 6.5 inches in height. The model number is located on an ETL/Intertek foil sticker label affixed to the bottom of the unit. The stainless steel grills/griddles have "Wolfgang Puck Bistro Collection" stamped on the front of the unit next to the control dials. They feature a stainless steel handle used to compress the top and bottom grill plates. Read more.

The Grill units operate on liquefied petroleum ("LP" or propane) or natural gas. The Rangetop units are either 36 or 48 inches wide with a stainless steel finish and the GE Monogram® badge located on the front center of the unit. The burner control knobs are located on the front panel that overhangs the cabinet. The model and serial numbers can be found on a label located behind the far left burner knob, or on the bottom of the unit. Read more.

This recall involves the Char-Broil vertical gas smokers with model number 07701413. The model number is printed on a metal tag located on the right rear leg of the smoker. The smoker measures 21.5" x 19.5" x 45.5" and weighs 75 pounds. A "G" inside a triangle is printed on the regulator (see photo). Read more.

This recall involves Kuuma IR Stow and Go barbecue grills. The rectangle grill is stainless steel with the word “Kuuma” embossed on the front. The grill’s main housing measures 18 ½ inches long x 8 ½ inches tall x 10 inches deep. Model number 83726 is printed on the barcode label affixed to the packaging. Read more.

This recall involves Cooks® brand outdoor BBQ grills. The grill has a digital thermometer on the hood, stainless steel top and a global LP regulator. Lot number 780-2176 is printed on the underside of the grill’s stand. Read more.

The recalled grills are SLG series “Perfect Flame” brand outdoor propane or natural gas grills. The grills are stainless steel and painted black or gray metal. The model numbers affected by this recall are listed below. The model number can be found in the compartment under the cooking chamber.
