This recall involves Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers with model number MS14100094536S1. The choppers are rechargeable and cordless, and have a green lid, white body, and clear plastic bowl. They have one blade attachment, which consists of three curved blades on one white plastic spindle. Model number MS14100094536S1 is on the label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl. December 13, 2016 Cuisinart Food Processors Recalled by Conair Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves the riveted blades in Cuisinart food processors with model numbers that begin with the following: CFP-9, CFP-11, DFP-7, DFP-11, DFP-14, DLC-5, DLC-7, DLC-8, DLC-10, DLC-XP, DLC-2007, DLC-2009, DLC-2011, DLC-2014, DLC-3011, DLC-3014, EV-7, EV-10, EV-11, EV-14, KFP-7 and MP-14. The model number is located on the bottom of the food processor. The blades have four rivets and are silver-colored stainless steel and have a beige plastic center hub. Only food processors with four rivets in the blades are included in this recall. Cuisinart is printed on the front and on the bottom of the food processors. Read more.


November 24, 2015 CocoaVia Brand Frothers Recalled by Mars Symbioscience Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves CocoaVia brand brown frothers used to froth beverages, including coffee and milk. The spring on the end of the wand spins to froth the drink. The frothers were distributed free at promotional events. The frothers are brown, "CocoaVia" is printed on the side in white lettering and they measure about eight inches long. This recall only involves CocoaVia brand frothers that are brown in color. Read more.


September 29, 2015 Calphalon Recalls Pizza Wheels Due to Laceration Hazard

The pizza cutter consists of a circular metal blade that is approximately 3 ½ inches in diameter, connected to a gray hand guard and black handle. The word "Calphalon" is embossed on the top of the black handle. Model number GT112, 1793513 or 1793521 are printed near the barcode on the packaging. Read more.


June 25, 2014 Coravin Recalls to Repair Wine Access System Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves all Coravin™ 1000 Wine Access Systems. The system uses a hollow needle to penetrate a wine bottle cork and allow wine to be dispensed without removing the cork. The system is about nine inches tall and has a silver-colored, metallic tubular body with a detachable black plastic capsule cup attached to the bottom and trigger on the top. A black metal handle is attached at the top of the tube and a black metal, moveable bottle clamp is attached to the front side of the tube. A long, metallic needle protrudes from the underside of the handle. The Coravin name and logo appear on the front side of the tube. The system comes with a silver-colored storage base and two argon gas capsules. Read more.

December 20, 2011 The Pampered Chef Recalls Ice Cream Dippers Due to Impact Injury Hazard

The dippers are metallic gray aluminum with a plastic dome-shaped cap on the base of the handle. “Pampered Chef” is imprinted in the cap. The ice cream dippers measure around seven inches in length. A non-toxic liquid is sealed inside the handle of the product which conducts the heat of your hand to more easily scoop hard ice cream. Read more.
