This recall involves eight different desk and table lamps including item numbers 207, 303, 9774, 1108, 1109, 049-1, 054-8 and 2001-271B. The item numbers are printed on the lamps’ packaging.

Pottery Barn Recalls Lamps Due to Shock Hazard
This recall involves Pottery Barn’s Clay Task Lamp (Model #2467553), the Montgomery Task Lamp (Model #9691783) and the Montgomery Floor Lamp (Model #9691775). All of the lamps have bronze-colored finishes. “Pottery Barn” and the model number are printed on the bottom of the lamp.

Innovage LLC Recalls Discovery Kids Lamps Due to Fire and Burn Hazards
This recall involves the Discovery Kids™ Animated Marine Lamp with model number 1627121 or 1628626 and the Animated Safari Lamp with model number 1627124 or 1628626.All models have batch numbers beginning with “2”. The decorative lamps are silver in color and feature rotating films with marine or safari scenes. “Discovery Kids” is printed on the front top left corner. The batch number is an 11 digit number located on the bottom of each unit. The model number can be found on the bottom of the packaging.

Wincraft Inc. Recalls Sports Themed Lamps Due to Fire, Burn and Shock Hazards
The recalled lamps feature logos from a professional or college sports team and rotate 360° so that the logo can be easily seen. Lamps feature team logos from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA and NASCAR. The lamps have a black base with a light. The lamps measure about 6 inches wide and 13 inches high.

Lamps Recalled by LTD Commodities LLC, ABC Distributing and the Lakeside Collection Due to Fire Hazard
The recalled ionic salt lamp varies in color from light to dark red and is attached to a wood base. The lamp fixture comes with a 10 watt bulb and a black cord with an inline on/off switch. The UL file number E216832 will be printed on the cord and the UL file number E214389 on the plug.

Catalina Lighting Recalls Halogen Clamp Lamps Due to Fire and Burn Hazard; Sold Exclusively At Staples Stores
The halogen clamp lamps, also known as architect’s lamp, have 150 watt halogen bulb, an articulating arm, and a clamp desk lamp that adjusts up, down and swivels. Only lamps with model number 13456-US and lot numbers C06081581V185, C06081582V185 and C06081584V185 are included in the recall.

Kash N' Gold Recalls Tinker Bell Novelty Lamps Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
The recalled Tinker Bell lamp has model “Tinker Bell Lamp” printed on the bottom of the lamp. The lamp has a sculpted Tinker Bell in a flower garden with an animation of Tinker Bell swaying back and forth while music plays when the light switch or demo button is depressed.

Torchiere Lamps Recalled By L G Sourcing Due to Fire Hazard; Lamps Sold Exclusively At Lowe's Stores
The recalled lamp has a black steel frame and a bowl-shaped light fixture. The item number 179878 is printed on the packaging and the bottom of the base of the lamp. Only lamps sold between March 2005 and October 2007 with UL listing number E246506 are included in the recall. Lamps marked “ETL listed” are not included in the recall.

Sam's Club Recalls Outdoor Torch Lamps Due to Fire, Burn and Laceration Hazards
The recalled oil torch lamp is 6-feet tall with a green, bowl-shaped, ceramic open-flame lamp that is attached to a brown cast iron pole and stand. A flame snuffer is attached to the lamp by a chain. The lamp and pole can be disconnected from the base and the pole placed directly in the ground. The product was sold as a set of four torches.

Currey & Company Recalls Lamps Due to Shock, Fire Hazards
This recall involves Currey & Company table lamps that ranged in height from 26 to 34 inches. The recalled table lamps include model numbers 6037, 6038, 6039, 6040, 6043, 6044, 6045, 6046, 6047, 6048, 6632, 6633, 6685, 6913, and 6954. The model number is printed on the packaging and on the bottom of the lamp base. A Currey & Company hang tag was attached to the lamp at the time of sale.
