November 1, 2016 Kikkerland Design Recalls Teapots with Stands Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Kikkerland and Cost Plus World Market brand teapots with bamboo stands. The 30-ounce glass teapots have a removable glass tea infuser sold with a votive-candle holder inside the bamboo stand. The Kikkerland teapots have model number TP02 printed on the packaging next to the UPC code. The Cost Plus World Market teapots have a white sticker with number 25024784 printed on the packaging. No votive candles were included with the teapots. Read more.


September 16, 2015 Bradshaw International Recalls Jumbo Roasters Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Good Cook Jumbo Roaster roasting pans. The recalled pans are oval and gray have the dimensions 21 inches by 15 inches on the outside and 17 inches by 13 1/2 inches on the inside. Each pan is stamped from a single piece of metal to form built-in handles. Each handle has a series of indentations and the interior of the pan has ridges in the bottom. The roasters were sold individually in packages labeled "Jumbo Roaster." Bradshaw International Inc. and Universal Product Code (UPC) number 0-76753-04315-1 or 0-41220-32403-3 were on the back of the package. Read more.


July 9, 2015 Epoca International Recalls Glass Whistling Kettle Due to Laceration and Burn Hazard

The Primula┬« Borosilicate two-quart clear glass round kettle has no markings or etchings on the glass. Model PTKG-4420 has a green plastic handle with a green silicone insert in the handle and a green whistling-stopper lid. Model PTKB-4420 has a black plastic handle with a black silicone insert in the handle and a black whistling-stopper lid. Both models have a ┬Ż" metal band around the glass kettle's neck. "Not for dishwasher" is printed in raised letters underneath the lid. Read more.


April 24, 2013 Target Recalls Giada De Laurentiis Lasagna Pan Due to Laceration Hazard

The recall involves Giada De Laurentiis-branded ceramic lasagna pans. The cream-colored pans are 9 by 13 inches in size and they were sold individually and as part of a six-piece set. The bottom of the pan is stamped "Giada de Laurentiis for Target." Read more.


April 6, 2011 Williams-Sonoma Recalls Hot Chocolate Pots Due To Burn and Laceration Hazards

This recall involves the Whirly Whip hot chocolate pots sold individually as item number 2981454 or 4986535, and as part of the Whirly Whip hot chocolate pot gift set item number 3021714. The item number can be found on the product’s box, below the bar code. The pot is made of white porcelain and has a red handle. The lid has a red knob and a frother attached to the underside of the lid knob. Read more.


February 23, 2011 Le Creuset Recalls Glass Lids Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Le Creuset glass lids sold after October 2010. The clear glass lids measure between about 9 inches (24 cm) and about 12 inches (30 cm) and have “Le Creuset” stamped on the metal handles. The affected models include: 24cm glass lid, 28cm glass lid, and 30cm glass lid (including 30cm glass lids sold as part of the Le Creuset Forged Hard-Anodized 30cm Shallow Casserole with Lid set.).
