The recalled products are air pumps with model numbers 57-1504-A and 57-1504 that are used to inflate low pressure inflatable items such as rafts and toys. The Model 57-1504-A pump was sold separately with an assortment of interlocking nozzles. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff “Launch Pod”, an inflatable water trampoline. This recall involves the Genuine Innovations Second Wind MTB model with part numbers 2525, 2525-O or 3519 and the Wrench Force Two Shot model with part numbers 84995 or 80383 combination tire inflator and hand pumps. These devices consist of a hand pump and CO2 cartridge inflator. The part number can only be found on the packaging. Read more.
The recalled inflator pump has a blue body with a black handle, hose, and pressure gage. The pump is 5-inches (12.7 cm) high and weighs about 3 pounds. West Marine is printed on a white sticker on the top of the pump housing. A second label contains a "caution" statement along with Ho Lee Co., Ltd. and UL listing information. The manufacturer's model number HB-183BG and the date code 1203 are also on the label. Read more.
The recalled Zoeller brand septic pumps have a 20-foot black cord with a plug. The pumps have date codes 0906 and 1006. On models 53, 57, 151, 152 and 153 the date code is printed on the nameplate on the top of the pump. On Model WM48 the date code is printed on the tag near the plug. "Philippines" is stamped on the plug. A list of specific part numbers, model numbers, date codes and UPC codes can be found at www.zoeller.com. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff Launch Pod, an inflatable water trampoline sold under Sportsstuff number 58-1002. The model number and the date code "0104" are located on the Underwriters’ Laboratories label on the top of each pump. "2.5 PSI" was not written on the air pump, but was written on the packaging. The pumps can be identified by having Model NPE, NPO, MCC, MCS, SM or Series 3530 on their nameplate. Recalled pumps were manufactured between December 2005 and September 7, 2006. They have date code M05, A06, B06, C06, D06, E06, F06, G06, H06 or J06. The date code is the first three digits of the serial number on the pump nameplate. Read more.

The recall involves a maintenance accessory used to clear obstructions in the fuel delivery system of certain Mosquito Magnet® insect traps. The Quick-Clear Valve Adapter is a black and gold, "L"-shaped, brass and plastic device. The adapter was included as a maintenance accessory to clean fuel lines in newly manufactured and retrofitted Mosquito Magnet® insect traps sold only under the following Mosquito Magnet® model names: Defender, Liberty, Freedom and Commercial Pro. Only "L"-shaped adapters are affected by this recall. Mosquito Magnet® products made since November 2003 contain only straight adapters that do not need to be replaced. Adapters for Mosquito Magnet® traps that use rechargeable batteries are not affected by this recall. Read more.
