CPSC, Firms Announce Recall of Weather Radios and Gel Pens
This press release consists of two recalls. Please choose the appropriate recall below.
- Weather Radios Recalled by Oregon Scientific
Oregon Scientific Inc., of Tualatin, Ore., is recalling about 10,000 desktop weather radios. The radio can fail to decode certain signals broadcast by the National Weather Service or can provide incorrect warnings of severe weather that puts lives and property at risk.
- Gel Pens Recalled by Colorbök
Colorbök, of Dexter, Mich., is recalling about 7,400 gel pens included with Icee Black notebooks and Icee Black notepads. Because these pens contain an extra spring, the end caps can shoot off with great force, posing a risk of eye and facial injuries.
