July 11, 2019 Levolor Recalls Custom Cellular Shades Due to Strangulation Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves the Levolor Two-Corded Custom Cellular window shades. The shades were sold in the following styles: Bottom up single cell products (60 inches or less in width) Bottom up double cell products (44 inches or less in width) Top-Down/Bottom-Up or Day/Night corded products (42 inches or less in width) Various custom cellular configurations of specialty shapes The Levolor logo is printed on a sticker on the bottom rail. Manufacturing information, including the date of manufacture, is printed on a sticker on the head rail. Only units manufactured between 12/15/2018 and 04/30/2019 are included in the recall. February 1, 2018 Hunter Douglas Recalls Privacy Sheer Blinds Due to Strangulation Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves custom-made Luminette privacy sheer blinds and other branded and generic sheer blinds listed below with the combination wand cord sold in white. The Hunter Douglas logo is printed on the end of the wand of the Luminette brand sheer blinds. The alternative brand and generic sheers do not have a logo. The cord/wand is unique to this product. This recall involves previously recalled “Innovations” and "At Home with Meijer" Roman shades and roll-up blinds that were redistributed to stores and sold to consumers after March 2010 without a repair kit. The Roman shades are made with fabric or bamboo and the roll-up blinds with bamboo. A label reading "Innovation" or "At Home with Meijer" can be found under the headrail. Read more.
