This recall involves Cosyland-branded children's tower stools, models CS0003 and CS0092-4. The tower stools were sold in natural bamboo and gray, and measure about 16 inches deep by 18 inches wide and 35 inches tall. "COSYLAND" and warning labels are visible along the top rails. Read more.

This recall involves Classic and Contemporary Guidecraft Kitchen Helper Towers in nine colors sold from June 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. Recalled towers have both an item number and lot number shown on the lists provided and were purchased from June 1, 2002, through October 31, 2023. This recall involves Petzl harnesses. The recalled harnesses were intended to be used by operators and work-at-height professionals. Serial numbers are printed on a label inside the harnesses' waist belt. All harnesses are offered in black with a yellow accent, except C083BA03, C083BA04 and C083BA05, which are offered in black. This recall involves Petzl harnesses sold individually and in packs of five. Serial numbers are printed on plastic cards on the interior of the harnesses. All harnesses are offered in gray/orange color combinations. The teething toy is an off-white disc shape with a red ball in the middle and six long, silicone pull string "tentacles" of various colors running through the ball. This recall involves Sweetie Baby-branded and Style Life Eleven-branded baby loungers. The recalled baby loungers are made of a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover and were sold in multiple styles and colors. The Style Life Eleven rectangular loungers zip up into a bag with the brand stitched on it. The Sweetie Baby oval loungers have the brand printed on a tag on the side of the lounger. Read more.

This recall involves Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Growth Kit. The kits contain two black spray bottles with labels that read "Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Hair Growth", "Advanced Formula" and "5% Minoxidil with BIOTIN". The kits come in black cartons with white and silver lettering that include "Drug Facts" on the back, distributor information on one of its sides, three icons making product claims on its other side, and batch, manufacture and expiration dates on its bottom. This recall involves Member's Mark-branded Valentine SS Notch Collar children's pajama sets. The Valentine's-themed pajamas consist of a short and a short-sleeve, button-up top with a front pocket. They were sold in various colors and prints, including solid pink, pink with hearts and cream with bows, and in sizes XS (4/5), S (6/6X), M (7/8), L (10/12), XL (14/16). The walkers are green and have a fabric seat with animal print, a rotating activity tray with toys, lights and music, a round base and six wheels.
