This recall involves the Munchkin Deluxe Bottle and Food Warmer with Pacifier Cleaning Basket 2-in-1 Design, model #13301 and lot number TP-1487. The product is used to warm food and bottles of various sizes. The set includes a main basket, a lift-out basket, an adapter ring, and a measuring cup. “Munchkin” is located on the front of the warmer and “TP-1487” is located on the bottom. May 1, 2008 Children's Storage Bins Sold at Lowe's Stores Recalled Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recalled storage bins are wooden with scalloped edges and were sold in pastel green or pink. Item number 226782 (pastel green storage bin) or 226781 (pink storage bin) is located on the bottom of the storage bin. No other storage bins or colors are included in this recall. Read more.


April 29, 2008 Nintendo Recalls Lapel Pins Due to Risk of Lead Exposure

The recalled lapel pins have images depicting 12 video game characters. The lapel pins vary in size, ranging from 1- to 2- inches in height. The characters Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mario, Mario Kart, Pikachu, Princess Peach, Samus, Starfox, Waluigi and Wario were sold individually. April 24, 2008 Basketball and Flower Tables Recalled by Avon Products Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard; Sold in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

April 24, 2008 Infant Santa Outfits Recalled by Avon Products Due to Choking Hazard; Sold in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

This recall involves the 2006 and 2007 Santa Outfits with RN# 120273. The 2006 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom and a red one-piece suit with white collar and cuffs, and stitched black belt and boots. The 2007 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom, a red and white-striped bodysuit with a Santa Claus face on the chest, red overall pants with suspenders, and a red bib with Santa Claus face on top. Two snaps fasten the bodysuit at the shoulder and three snaps fasten the suit between the legs. The outfits were sold in sizes 3-18 months. “RN# 120273” is printed on the care label. Read more.


April 22, 2008 Beco Baby Carrier Recalls "Beco Butterfly" Infant Carriers

The recalled infant carriers were sold under brand name “Beco Baby Carrier Butterfly.” The carriers have a black label with a green “b” logo on the left side and a butterfly on the right side.
