The recalled Lil' Wagster Dragster toy is an electronic push toy for children 1-year-old and up. It has a green race car base with red wheels and a blue handle that extends up for the child to hold. The words "Fisher-Price" are stamped in red on the handle unit, while the number "3" is stamped in yellow on the front of the race car base. The push toy has a model number of B0335, which is printed on the underside of the toy's race car base. Read more.
The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured. The recalled cribs are made of wood and painted white. Model numbers 8554W-PT and 8554WW are printed inside the headboard and on the envelope attached to the mattress support. The Simplicity name, address, manufacturing date and model number are written on a label found on the inside bottom of the headboard. Read more.
The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a padded seat. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors either individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and four chairs. Each chair is about 22-inches high, 10-inches wide, and about 11-inches deep. "IMPORTED BY: ATICO INTERNATIONAL USA, INC." is written on a label located underneath the seat of some of the chairs. The multicolored bodysuits are 100 percent cotton and have a heat-sealed appliqué on the front. An appliqué is also attached to the side. The bodysuits were sold in newborn sizes (0 to 9 months) and infant sizes (12 to 24 months). "Okie Dokie" is sewn in the neckline and state "Made in China." Read more.
The Prima chair is a child's molded plastic chair made up of two plastic parts: the chair's seat and the base, which includes the chair legs. The Prima chair is sold in several seat heights – measuring between 8 and 13 inches from the top of the seat to the floor. The seat portion is 10.5 inches by 10 inches. The Prima chair comes in red, yellow, blue, green, teal, berry and purple with either black or same colored legs as the seat or navy seat with black legs. The model number does not appear on the chair. The Prima chair can be identified on the company's web site under Early Learning, model number 7101. Read more.
The recall includes one type of pacifier (Light-up Pacifiers) and two types of toys (New Style Pianos and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains). The Light-up Pacifier is a plastic pacifier, which also acts as a whistle. When a button on the pacifier's handle is pushed, the pacifier lights up with flashing LED lights. The New Style Piano is a battery operated musical piano, which measures about 6 inches across and comes in orange and blue colors. The High Toys Choochoo Toy Train is a battery operated train that measures about 8 inches across and 5 inches high. The main body of the train is light blue with red wheels, with tiny foam balls contained inside its pink smokestack. Read more.
The recalled overalls are pink corduroy with decorative snap fasteners at the waist and shoulder straps. The light pink overalls (style 435-092) have a floral embroidery design on the chest. The dark pink overalls (style 435-646) have a single patch pocket on the chest. "Carter's" is printed on a tag sewn into the back of the garment. Read more.
The recalled fishing poles are brightly colored and feature pictures of the following cartoon characters on the reels: from Nickelodeon's SpongeBob Squarepants® are SpongeBob, Patrick Star and Sandy Cheeks; Nick Jr.'s Dora the Explorer®; Disney's Tigger; and the cast of Nickelodeon's Rocket Power®. "ZEBCO®" and "Floating Catch ‘Em Kit™" are written on the handles of these poles with the exception of the Rocket Power poles. The Rocket Power poles have a two-piece rod, were sold with sunglasses and "Rocket Power" is written on the rod. Newer fishing poles with a date code on the rod (near the handle) are not included in the recall.
