This recall involves four models of powered HearMuffs, sound protection active sound compression ear muffs designed for children, which use AAA alkaline batteries. Models included in the recall are LA-infant-AM-WH, LA-infant-ASM-WH, LA-infant-ASM-WHPlus, and LA-kids-AM-WH which is printed on the original packaging. The recalled HearMuffs were sold in multiple colors and have a multi-mode power button to switch from Off, Active or Soothe Mode. HearMuff is printed in blue lettering on the recalled ear muffs. Only powered HearMuffs which use two AAA Alkaline batteries are included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves all UPPAbaby all-terrain RIDGE jogging strollers, which have an extendable canopy with a mesh window and zipper pocket, disc hand brake system and an adjustable handlebar with a wrist strap. The brand UPPAbaby is on the front of the stroller, and RIDGE is on the side of the stroller frame. The strollers have a black frame and a fabric color scheme that is white ("BRYCE"), charcoal ("JAKE"), or slate blue ("REGGIE") and have black tires. The serial numbers of the recalled products begin with "1401RDGUS" and appear on the right side of the stroller frame above the rear wheel of the stroller. This recall involves Kolan's Otter MOMO children's sandals. The sandals were sold in brown with Velcro closure (model D741) and gold with buckle closure (model D723) and in children's sizes 6 to 12. Otter MOMO is printed on the inside of the shoe. The model, batch number #LIANG2201 and the size are printed on the inside of the heel straps. Read more.

The model number is 55061 with the date codes of 15221,15921, 19921, 21021, 22321, 23721, 26821, 28821 or 29421. The recall involves the brass water tap on the Big Game Hunters Mud Kitchen, a children's outdoor play kitchen made of untreated and unpainted natural wood. The Mud Kitchen was sold in two styles - Single and Triple (a/k/a XL). The Single Mud Kitchen includes a plastic wash tub, plastic water dispenser, pretend stove, slide-out counter and a brass water tap (to attach a garden hose) and is 43.25 inches wide (56 inches with counter fully extended), 16.5 inches deep and 36 inches tall. The Triple (a/k/a XL) Mud Kitchen additionally includes two cabinets with doors, two additional pretend burners and controls for the pretend stove, a water dispenser, and two storage shelves, and is 32 inches wide (44 inches with counter fully extended), 18 inches deep and 34.5 inches tall. The MamaRoo model that uses a 5-point harness is not included in this recall. The RockaRoo is a baby rocker with front to back gliding motion.
