This recall involves the Nova Series 5-Drawer Chest, Model B1428-10., manufactured from August 2009 through August 2015. The chest is brown and measures 54 inches tall, 40 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. A label located on the back of each unit in the top left-hand corner contains the month and year of manufacture as well as the model number. The product is made of wood with a walnut veneer. The date codes are printed in MMYY (month and year) format, and recalled units have date codes between AG09 and AG15, representing August 2009 and August 2015. Read more.

The aromatherapy room spray was sold at about 55 Walmart stores nationwide and online at walmart.com from February 2021 through October 2021 for about $4. "Better Homes and Gardens Aromatherapy," is printed on the label on the front of the 5-ounce glass bottle. This recall involves Zoom 360 Ultralight jogging strollers with SKU 8060, 8061, 8067 and 8069 and a batch number between March 2020 (03-XX-20) and October 2020 (10-XX-20). The strollers were sold in black, blueberry, charcoal and red colors and weigh about 26 lbs. The stroller label on the inside leg contains the SKU and batch numbers. "Joovy" is written across the front of the stroller and "Zoom Ultralight" is written on the parent organizer attachment on the bottom of the stroller. The recall involves Luyuan's youth ATVs sold from August 2018 through August 2020 and intended for use by children ages 6 years and older, as demonstrated by the product dimensions and advertising. The ATVs were also marketed on Amazon.com to children as young as 12 months of age and on Walmart.com to children age 5 years. The model numbers include LY-ATV-40A, LY-ATV-40D, LY-ATV-40E and LY-ATV-40I. The model number is printed on the hang tag and the brand name is printed on a sticker on the plastic body. The ATVs may have a label on the front frame, stating: "This ATV is subject to LUYUAN INC's ACTION PLAN approved by U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on August 7, 2009" or a label on the motor stating: "IMPORTED BY LUYUAN, INC." The recall involves Janod Shaving Kit toys. The kit's blue fabric zippered bag with brown trim and imitation leather handle holds the following wood components: mustache-shaped scissors, mirror, mustache-shaped comb, cologne bottle, shaving brush, shaving cream bottle and shaver. The batch number is found on the bottom of the cologne bottle and on the packaging wrap. This recall involves Step2's StepUp Sidekick Learning Tower for children. The tower can be used as a helper stool and as a chair. It has a white plastic exterior with a gray tray with two cup holders, seat and a step. Manufacture codes included in this recall are 10-2020, 3-2021, and 5-2021 which can be found on the removable seat/step. Model number "4134" is molded into the bottom of the tower. Read more.

The Cutie Spoovel is a transitional eating utensil for young children. It is made out of silicone with a plastic core and comes in a set of two in various colors. "Cutie Spoovel" is printed on the back of the spoon, and RR is printed on the back of the handle on the end. Read more.

This recall involves two models of 10 x 7-inch Ocean and Safari animal wooden tray puzzles with six flat wooden animal pieces that fit in recessed spaces on the wooden tray. The Ocean puzzle features whale, tortoise, fish, star fish, sea horse, and octopus-shaped pieces. The Safari version has sun, crocodile, giraffe, lion, snake, and elephant-shaped pieces. The animals are either natural wood color, light or darker brown, with features painted in black. "Wee Gallery" is printed along the right edge of the tray, and either "Ocean Animals" or "Safari Animals" is printed towards the center of the tray between the animal figures. This recall involves Frieyss infant bath seats. The bath seats are blue plastic with four green suction cups on the bottom. Stickers featuring clouds, a lion, a sun and a squirrel holding two ballons are on the front bar. The seat is about 13 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 8 inches high. The bath seats are advertised as suitable for baby ages 6 months to12 months. A sticker on the packaging states, "(barcode-X002RAO6GV) Baby Shower Chair...Made in China." "Pull rubber tab below to release suction pads from bath" is stamped on the bottom of the bath seat. Read more.
