Recalls: Babies and Kids

The pajamas are 100 percent polyester fleece sold in sizes 12 months to 4T and in boys and girls sizes 6 through 14. “PajamaGram” is printed on the neck tag. The pajamas come in two styles: one-piece hood and feet pajamas, and two-piece sets. This recall involves Kolcraft Contours Options three- and four-wheeled strollers. Strollers included in the recall have model numbers starting with ZL002, ZL005, ZL008, ZL015 and ZL018. On the ZL002 model, the model number and date of manufacture is printed on a sticker above the left wheel. On the ZL005, ZL008, ZL015 and ZL018 models, the model number and date of manufacture is printed on a label sewn into the edge of back of the stroller seat pad. This recall involves First Fitness Kid’s First trampolines with handlebars. The child-size toy trampolines have a red and blue metal handlebar, a blue nylon deck guard and a black jumping deck. “First Fitness” is embossed on the jumping deck in white letters. The trampolines can be identified by model number FF-6902TR and Toys R Us SKN 491463. The model and store numbers can be found on the lower right corner of the back of the packaging. A sewn-in tag on the bottom of the deck lists the factory date code of five numbers followed by “GLTX.” Read more.

This recall involves Safety 1st Sure Fit toilet locks with model numbers 48003 and 48103. The toilet lock is attached to the tank behind the lid and is intended to prevent a child’s access to the toilet bowl. This recall also involves Safety 1st cabinet slide locks with model numbers 12013 and 12014. The cabinet slide lock is attached to cabinet knobs or handles to prevent access to the contents of the cabinet. Model numbers can be found on the back of the locks. Read more.

This recall involves boys’ long-sleeved zip-front hooded jackets. The jackets were sold in three colors: army green, aqua green and black and have a fake fur lining. The jackets have one of four designs: the number “2” or the letter “B” embroidered on the left front chest; or the word “ROCK” or “AB Sportwear” embroidered across the chest. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-7 or S, M, and L. Either “SX” or “QH” appears on the label stitched at the neck. The jackets have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061, however the model number only appears on the original hang tag and not on the product. Read more.

This recall involves Class Club brand children's letterman jackets. The 100% polyester jackets were sold in navy with white sleeves in sizes 2 to 3. A patch on the upper, right chest of the jacket reads "28 F Football Athlete State Champs." Style number "F14CL112L" is printed on the back of the sewn-in size label in the back neck. Read more.

This recall includes Kolcraft Tender Vibes bassinets with model numbers KB021-ARC, KB022-VER, KB039-CMR1 and Light Vibes bassinet with model number KB043-BNT1. A label with the model/item number of the bassinet is located on one of the legs of the metal frame. The recalled bassinets were manufactured from July 2008 through May 2010. The words "Kolcraft Tender Vibes" or "Kolcraft Light Vibes" are located on the removable music box which is attached to the side of the bassinet. Read more.

This recall involves M.M.M. 100% polyester boys' two-color jogging suits. "M.M.M." appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck. The pants are a solid color matching the jacket, which has a second color on the top of both sleeves and top portion of the jacket. The sets' color combinations include blue and white, gray and blue, and gray and red. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-16. Read more.

This recall involves O'Neill Pluto brand, boy's flannel long sleeve shirts with button front, a hood and two chest pockets. Style name "Pluto Flannel" and Style No. 41204106 is printed on a label sewn inside the wearer's left side seam. "O'NEILL" is printed on a label sewn inside the back neck. The shirts were sold in dark grey with horizontal black stripes and in child sizes small, medium, large and extra large. Read more.

This recall involves girls' sweatshirts sold under the brand name "YMI Jeanswear." The sweatshirts have a front zipper and a fur-lined hood with a drawstring stitched to each side. "YMI" is printed on the label at the neck. The sweatshirts were sold in gray, purple, pink and black, with either a snowflake or a flower design on the front and back. A heart charm with "YMI" engraved on it is attached to the zipper. The recalled sweatshirts were sold in children's sizes six through 16. Read more.
