January 21, 2011 Strollers Recalled to Repair by phil&teds USA Due to Amputation and Laceration Hazards

This recall involves sport v2 and classic v1 model single-seat jogging strollers. The three-wheel strollers have a metal frame, cloth seat and a canopy. The sport v2 model stroller was sold in red, orange, green, black, charcoal, navy and in graffiti print. Sport v2 serial numbers included in the recall are 0308/0001 to 0510/0840. The classic v1 model strollers were only sold in red. Serial numbers for the classic v1 are 0308/0001 to 0510/0906. The first four digits of the serial number is a month/year date code and the last four digits are for the individual stroller. Serial numbers are printed on the inside of the folding hinge. The phil&teds logo is located on the crotch piece of the harness on both models. Read more.

The Hoodie-Footie™ infant and toddler footed pajamas have a front zipper and a detachable hood. The style "Winter Whimsy" is red fleece with multi-colored penguins, snowmen and snowflake designs. They were sold in infant sizes 0 to 18 months and toddler sizes 2T to 5T. "Hoodie Footie," the size and the code GPU#SUNHFH1 or GPU#SUNHFH2 are printed on a label at the neck of the pajamas. This recall involves hooded cardigans sold under the "Lili Gaufrette" brand name, model number G617093 and named the LEPARIGO cardigan. The cardigans were sold in pink, brown and black, and in children's sizes 4-14. "LiLi Gaufrette MADE IN FRANCE" is printed on the tag sewn inside the garment, and "LiLi" is printed on the tag sewn onto the left front pocket. Read more.

December 22, 2010 Ceramic Banks Recalled by Oriental Trading Company Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recalled piggy bank is shaped like a pig and the body of the piggy bank is painted yellow with floral designs. The ceramic lion bank is shaped like a lion and is painted yellow with a brown mane. The banks measure about 4 inches in length, 2.5 inches in width, and 3.5 inches in height. Only yellow banks with black plastic stoppers in the bottoms of the banks are being recalled. Banks with white or translucent stoppers are not being recalled. Read more.

This recall involves girl’s hooded zip jackets with style # SJ6J7831 and long sleeve t-shirt with hooded vest sets with style # SJYK7935. The zip jackets were sold in camouflage, jasmine, parfait and royal. The vest sets were sold in black, caviar, denim, electric pink, macadamia, peacock, quartz and sapphire.
