This recall involves BATTOP foldable infant bath seats. They are plastic and have white seats with blue, green, or gray restraint bars and have four white suction cups on the bottom. Model number BB2206 can be found on the sticker on the back of the bath seats with the following statement, "Advertisement - Warning NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED." The product packaging includes the following information: "BATTOP Foldable bath seat, Model: BB2206, Manufacturer: DONGGUAN BABYCARE PRODUCTS CO., LTD., Made in China." Read more.
This recall includes Write Again brand dry erase white boards sold in four sizes with SKU numbers: 152277 (double sided, 9 by 12 inches); 136110 (9 by 12 inches); 152211 (12 by 18 inches) and 301800 (6 by 9 inches). Lot numbers XXXXXX-0903 through XXXXXX-1115 and SKU numbers are printed on a label on the back of the dry erase board. The boards were sold individually and in packs of six. Read more.
This recall includes all Lexibook Baby Bath Seats and Chairs. The plastic baby bath seats/chairs are intended for children 6 months and up. They have a plastic base with suction cups on the bottom, a back/arm support and a toy tray. "Lexibook" is stamped on the back/arm support. "Made in China" and "2014 Lexibook Limited IT028/IT029 SN: 1407/VA09" are stamped on the bottom of the base. They were sold in a variety of colors. Read more.
This recall involves Lil' Luxuries Whirlpool, Bubbling Spa & Shower with fabric slings. The infant bath tub is a battery-operated whirlpool bath with motorized jets intended for use with children from birth to 2 years. The product contains a fabric sling on a plastic frame onto which the infant is placed for bathing. The fabric sling on the recalled bath tubs does not have a white plastic attachment clip to hold the headrest area of the fabric sling to the plastic frame. Recalled bath tubs have item numbers 18840, 18850, 18863, and 18873 and were sold between October 2012 and October 2013 with date codes starting with 1210, 1211, 1212, 1301, 1302, 1303, 1304, 1305, 1306, 1307, and 1308, which stand for the two-digit year followed by the two-digit month, on the fabric sling. This recall involves only the yellow plastic trapeze rings. They are triangular in shape with rounded sides and have a loop at the top. They measure about 8½ inches high by 6½ inches wide. The yellow rings come as a pair and were connected to a trapeze bar. They were sold either as a separate component or as an attachment on the following Rainbow®-branded residential wooden playsets: All-American, Backyard Circus, Carnival, Fiesta, King Kong, Monster, Sunray, Sunshine and Rainbow. All of these playsets have an aluminum plate located on the front of the wooden swing beam with the following name stamped on it, "Playgrounds America," "Rainbow Play Systems Inc.," or "Sunray Premium Playgrounds." This recall involves Summer Infant baby bathers with a small, nearly square blue or pink plastic base measuring about 13 ½ inches long by 12 ½ inches wide and with the following model numbers listed below. Model numbers are located either on the side of the baby bather near the warning label or on the front near the wash instructions. Some units have multiple model numbers.
