Recalls: Baby Carriers

The MamaRoo is a baby swing that offers multiple motions and speeds. Buttons on the base control the motion, speed and sound. The model number is located on the bottom of the unit. This recall includes only MamaRoo models that use a 3-point harness: versions 1.0 and 2.0 (model number 4M-005), version 3.0 (model number 1026), and version 4.0 (model number 1037). The MamaRoo model that uses a 5-point harness is not included in this recall. The RockaRoo is a baby rocker with front to back gliding motion. The base has an analog knob and power button to control the range of motion of the rocker. The model number 4M-012 is located on the bottom of the unit. Read more.

This recall involves LÍLLÉbaby Active series baby carriers. These carriers can be worn by the caregiver with the baby strapped into the front or back position. The recalled carriers are the Active Series-Pro 6 in 1 in Space Dye Cobalt and Space Dye Grey and the Active All Seasons in Slate. Each carrier has a yellow colored tag on the front neck support, outside of the carrier and on the back, chest clip pad, both of which have "LÍLLÉ" printed in black lettering and "baby" printed in white lettering on the label. This recall involves all models of Poco, Poco Plus and Poco Premium child backpack carriers manufactured between January 2012 and December 2014. The nylon child carriers were sold in three colors: "Romper Red," "Koala Gray," and "Bouncing Blue." They have a metal frame and a gray padded child's seat inside. The production date is stamped on a black label sewn into the interior of the large lower zippered compartment on the back of the carrier. Recalled carriers have a production date code of S12SBPR1, S12SBPR1B, S12SBPR2, S12SBPR3, S12SBPR4, F12SBPR1, F12SBPR2, S13SB IPO, S13SBPR1, S13SBPR2, S13SBPR3, S13SBPR4, F13SBPR1, F13SBPR2, F13SBPR3, S14SBPR1, S14SBPR2, S14SBPR3, S14SBPR4, S14SBPR5. "Osprey" is printed on the fabric above the kick stand. The model name is printed on the back at the bottom. Read more.

This recall involves Goodman air handler models AWUF and ACNF (A = Air Handler; W = Wall Mount; C = Ceiling Mount; U = Unpainted; N = Uncased; F = Flowrater). The recalled air handlers are most often installed in apartment and condominium units and are used with heating and cooling systems to provide climate control. The AWUF model units are wall mounted, while ACNF model units are ceiling mounted. The recalled air handlers have serial numbers beginning with 1511, 1512, or 1601 through 1610. The serial number is located on the label found by removing the wall panel (for AWUF units) or ceiling panel (for ACNF units). Read more.

This recall involves Chimparoo brand Trek baby carriers that allow the user to carry a baby tummy to tummy, on the hip or on the back. The 100% twill fabric carriers were sold in 18 solid, striped and pattern color combinations. The carriers attach to the wearer's body with adjustable straps made of polypropylene webbing and plastic buckles. "Chimparoo" is printed on the upper right hand corner of the carrier. This recall involves the My Snuggly Ellie Activity Toy. The toy is a plush brown elephant with white crinkle ears. There is a green hanging loop on top of its head allowing it to be a stroller or crib attachment. On the stomach there is a mini mirror while a teether and wooden ring hang below its body. The item number is 212520 and can be found on the small white tag sewn into the bottom of the toy. Read more.

The Playtex Hip Hammock is an infant carrier designed to strap the baby against the caregiver's body at the hip. It is made of a soft, quilted fabric and intended for babies that are from 15 to 35 pounds. The child seat is attached with straps that wrap around the carrier's hips and shoulder. "Playtex Hip Hammock" is printed on a label sewn into the front of the carrier. All model numbers are being recalled. Model numbers 05300, 05301, 05302, 05306, 05307 and 05308 are sewn into the inside panel below the instructions for use. They come in basic and deluxe styles. The hip hammock's fabric is suede or ultra-suede in black or navy colors on the outside, and the inside lining is black, black and white check or burgundy. Read more.

This recall involves backpack-style child carriers sold under the Kenta and Kenta Plus model name. "VAUDE" is printed on the back and between the shoulder straps of the carrier. "Kenta" or "Kenta Plus" is printed on the lower back or hip belt of the carrier. The carriers were sold in black, red and brown and were designed for children up to 31 pounds. Read more.

This recall involves LittleLife Discoverer child carriers. “LittleLife” is printed on the back of the carriers. Number LS55060 is printed on a tab sewn underneath the care label. The carriers are green and gray with a black metal frame at the back with a folding leg bracket to enable the carriers to stand. Read more.

This recall involves CYBEX 2.GO infant carriers. "CYBEX" is embroidered on the fabric covering on the top of the head support. "2.GO" is printed on an orange tag near the head support. They were sold in the following colors: chili, indigo, purple and slate. Read more.
