This recall involves the bases of Customatic adjustable beds. These power foundations were offered in all bed sizes and were sold with handheld remote controls, allowing the head and/or the foot of the bed mattress to be moved up and down. These bases also have a side mounted AC outlet. The model numbers can be found on the metal frame near the foot of the bed and are listed below. This recall involves all Hallee Starlit Nights Mosquito Net Bed Canopies. The recalled bed canopies are made of 100% white polyester fabric and mosquito netting and have glow-in-the-dark stars sewn onto the fabric. The canopies hang from the ceiling or wall above a bed and measure about 400 inches tall, 90 inches wide and 22 inches in diameter. "Hallee" is printed on the label that is attached to the bottom of the canopies. Read more.
The canopy is part of the Madeline Bedroom Collection. It is made of wood and consists of four posts that connect to the headboard and footboard of the bed and four rails that connect to the top portion of each post. It is available for twin-, full- and queen-sized Madeline Beds and comes in white, antique white, blade green, Sun Valley blade green, Sun Valley light green and Sun Valley espresso. The recall involves model 2008, 2056, 2256 and 2258 bunk beds. The metal bunk beds were sold in twin/twin and twin/full sizes. A Coaster Company of America label can be found on the bed frame of the top bunk. The enamel finishes come in blue, black, red, yellow, or white. Read more.
The top bunk guardrails on Ethan Allen Ryan and P.J. Bunk Beds have item numbers 35-5659-4, 36-5659-3 or 36-5659-4. Item numbers can be found on the inside of the bottom bunk headboard or footboard. The "j" hooks were incorporated into the guardrails of bunk beds as a locking/unlocking device. When unlocked and out of position, the guardrail can be removed for easy access to change bed linen.
