May 25, 2023 Juratoys Recalls Children's Activity Tables Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves two models of Janod Sweet Cocoon Activity Tables for children 12 months and older. The rounded triangle wooden tables measure about 21 inches wide and 18 inches high. The toys on the table are made of wood and metal. The round table measures about 22 inches in diameter. The tables are multicolored with gray, pink, blue and white. The tabletop activities include a grooved track for vehicle play, a bell arch, a bead and wire maze, a shape sorter, gear activity and stacking activity. May 26, 2022 Asweets Recalls Wonder & Wise Activity Tables Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Wonder & Wise-branded activity tables designed for standing babies and toddlers. The square wooden tables measure about 21.5 x 21.5 x 23.5 inches. The toys on the table are made of wood and metal. The tables are black, white and natural wood colors. The top of the table includes removable stacking toy animals, a xylophone, bead maze, sorting and stacking puzzles and a train track. June 10, 2021 Blue Star Trading Recalls Children's Fishing Toy Games Due to Violation of Federal Lead Content Ban; Lead Poisoning Hazard; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com (Recall Alert)

This recall involves the Barhee Fishing Hero toy games for children. The multicolor, plastic toy has a fishing table, slide, three dinosaurs, two fishing rods, two fishing nets and ten small fish. The fish come in blue, orange and yellow, and the dinosaurs are blue, green and red. Fishing Hero, 2 in 1 Fishing Slide and an illustration of the toy are printed on the front and back of the toy's box. Model number 1577C and Made in China are printed on the side of the box. March 19, 2020 Children's Tool Kits Recalled by Grizzly Industrial Due to Violation of Federal Lead Content Ban and Toy Safety Requirements

The recalled Children's Tool Kits have two different model numbers: H3044 and H5855. Model H3044 is a 12-piece tool kit that contains a helmet, goggles, tape measure, tool belt, hammer, pair of leather gloves, ruler, carpenter's square, level, bottle of chalk and suspenders. Model H5855 is an 11-piece tool kit that contains goggles, tape measure, wooden tool caddy, hammer, ruler, carpenter's square, level, screwdriver, pliers and an adjustable wrench. Model numbers are printed on the front upper right hand corner of the packaging. "Grizzly Industrial" is printed on multiple items of the tool kits. Read more.

May 22, 2014 Lakeshore Learning Materials Recalls Bristle Builders for Toddlers Play Sets Due to Choking Hazard

The recall includes the Bristle Builders® for Toddlers sets sold with 52 plastic pieces consisting of building pieces and three animal figures. The animal figures include a yellow duck with a purple round base, a brown horse with a blue round base and a pink pig with a round green base. The building pieces include circle, rectangle, square and triangle-shaped pieces in different colors with a green 8" by 4.5" rectangle base. Pieces are covered with plastic bristle pegs which allow all the pieces to connect. Production number EC559597 is printed on the smooth side of the green baseplate. Read more.


October 23, 2013 Infinitoy Recalls Softimals Toy Sets Due to Choking and Aspiration Hazard

Infinitoy Inc. is recalling the Super Safari Set model #30025 and the Deluxe Circus Train Set model #30040. The model number can be found on the back of the box in the lower right corner. The sets come in a white box with "Softimals. Build, Play, Repeat" and "Ages 1 ½ to 5" printed in a colorful font on the front and back of the package. The sets have numerous plastic pieces that can be connected and fit together to build a vehicle pulling cars with a hippo, giraffe, zebra and other animals. The drivers of the lead vehicles, Safari Sam and Mighty Mike, have removable blue or yellow plastic hats. Read more.


September 28, 2011 Little Tikes Expands Recall of Toy Workshop and Tool Sets Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves the toy nails sold as part of 11 additional models of Little Tikes® Workshop and tool sets listed below. The toy nails are oversized, plastic, and about 3 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inch in diameter. The nails are either red or blue and have a large round head; below the nail head there is a plastic ridge, slightly smaller than the nail head and about 1 inch in diameter. July 7, 2011 Mini Stars Building Sets Recalled by Edushape Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Mini Stars building sets. The Mini Stars measure three inches in diameter and are made of opaque plastic. Each star has six circular knobs protruding from a ring-shaped center. Edushape only makes Mini Stars in red, green, yellow or blue colors which are included in this recall. The Mini Stars do not have any markings, codes or logos stamped into the plastic. They were sold in sets of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 pieces. Read more.


September 30, 2010 Fisher-Price Recalls Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway Due to Choking Hazard

The recall involves Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway with model numbers T4261 and V6378. They were sold with small cars that a child can push down winding ramps. Only the purple and the green cars that are marked "Mexico" and do not have a yellow dot on the bottom are included in the recall. The toy is intended for children 1 1/2 to 5 years of age. Read more.
