March 8, 2018 Golden State Warriors Menorahs Recalled by BDA Due to Fire and Burn Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves menorahs given away as promotional items for Jewish Heritage Night at an NBA game for the Golden State Warriors on December 14, 2017. "Golden State Warriors," "Jewish Heritage Night" and two Stars of David are printed on the front of the menorah. The polyresin menorahs have gold-colored aluminum candleholders on top of decorative basketballs. The center candleholder has an additional decorative basketball basket underneath the ball. December 8, 2016 Yankee Candle Recalls Luminous Candles Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Yankee Candle's Luminous Collection fragrance candles. The square glass candles contain a fragrant wax with three wicks. The item number is printed on the bottom of glass candle jar. The recalled candles are approximately 4 inches wide by 5 inches high. December 23, 2010 QVC Recalls Spinning Candle Holders Due to Fire Hazard

The product is QVC item H189749, a metallic spinning candle holder with 12 soy tea lights. The candle holders come in four colors - red, green, silver and gold. The candle holder has a base that holds a tea light and a shade which is attached to the center of the base by an approximately six inch vertical metal rod. The Ceramic Santa Tea Light Holder is red and white and designed in the image of Santa Claus. The tea light holder measures approximately 7-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/2 inches wide with a red metal hat and an opening in the back to place a tea light candle. This recall involves haunted house screen tea light holders made of black metal with a transparent coating on the glass windows. January 12, 2007 Pumpkin Candle Holders Sold by QVC Recalled Due to Laceration Hazard

The product is the "Heartfelt 3 Glass Pumpkins with Tealights and Garland by Valerie." It consists of three separate glass candle holders of three graduated sizes which are shaped like pumpkins.
