This recall involves Westinghouse Lighting's Great Falls 52" outdoor ceiling fans with four dark walnut blades, frosted amber glass and an LED lamp. The fan blades are 22 inches long and have an oil rubbed bronze finish. Model number 72043 and a product order number of 016555, 016761, 016647, 017157, 016648 or 017349 are printed on the top of the fan's motor housing. Read more.
This recall involves Hunter Brunswick ceiling fan models 52262, 52263, 54178, 54179, 54184, 54185. The model number can be found on a label on top of the motor housing. The recalled ceiling fans have three or four lights. The fans have four blades and range from 44 inches to 60 inches in blade span. They were sold in the following colors: white motor housing with white blades on one side and gray oak blades on the other side; black (natural iron) motor housing with gray oak blades on one side and aged oak blades on the other side. This recall involves 43 models of Casablanca ceiling fans manufactured in 2013 and 2014. Casablanca fan styles including: Alessandria, Aris, Bel Air, Bullet, Caneel Bay, Heritage, Isotope, Riello, Stealth, Tercera, Trident, Whitman and Zudio. Affected models have a gold label on top of the motor housing that includes "Casablanca" and a model number. Some Casablanca models also have the Casablanca logo on the switch housing or on the end of the pull chain. The production date code is a four-digit code on top of the motor housing near the center down rod. Fans with a Cat. No. "A01", the last two digits of the four-digit date code ending in "13" or "14" and no green dot on top of the motor housing are included in the recall. The recall includes Brewmaster belt-driven fans powered by a remote motor. The fans have two blades of various styles and colors, and were sold in a short neck assembly, extending 15 inches from the ceiling and a long assembly extending 26 inches from the ceiling. The fans were sold in antique brass, pewter and black hardware. A face plate on the lower part of the head assembly reads in part, "THE BREWMASTER by FANIMATION." This recall involves Tommy Bahama brand 52-inch outdoor ceiling fans sold under the "The Copa Breeze" style name. The fan has model number TB311DBZ and a distressed bronze color. Each of the five oval-shaped paddles/blades has a metal accent in the shape of an oval with a figure-8 inside the oval. The lower part of the motor housing has "Tommy Bahama" embossed on it. A date code is represented by three letters printed on the lower right corner of a label on the top of the motor housing. This recall involves 28 different models of ceiling flush-mounted light fixtures manufactured between June 1, 2010 through November 25, 2010 with a diameter ranging from 7.5" to 13". All affected fixtures have a round base or canopy affixed to the ceiling and a dome- or cylindrical-shaped cover. The recalled fixtures have a variety of finishes including metal and/or clear or frosted glass and contain one, two or three light bulbs. Canopies are a range of colors including white, bronze, brass (gold) and nickel. Most models have a nib in the center of the dome cover in the same color as the canopy. Although the manufacturer's name, the fixture model number and production date can be found on a printed label on the ceiling-side of the fixture's metal canopy, consumers are advised not to remove the metal canopy from the ceiling in order to access this label.
