This recall involves benches with a cushion top and four wooden legs that screw into the bench. The cushion top was sold in navy, gray, cream, white and yellow. May 11, 2023 American Woodmark Recalls to Repair Continental Cabinets and Hampton Bay Kitchen Wall Cabinets Due to Impact Hazard

This recall involves Continental Cabinets Kitchen Wall Cabinets with model numbers CBKW3018, CBKW3030, CBKW3036, CBKW3612, CBKW3630 and CBKW3636. The recall also involves Hampton Bay Kitchen Wall Cabinets with model numbers KW3015, KW3018, KW3030, KW3036, KW3612, KW3630 and KW3636. The model names and numbers are printed on the product packaging or purchase receipt. The cabinets were sold in white, brown, gray and natural wood and range in size from 30 to 36 inches wide and 12 to 36 inches high. The recalled cabinets have a stamp on the back of the cabinet showing "BP300 KW1" or "BP300 KW2" and a date stamp of February 2022 through September 2022. Because the manufacturing and date codes are not visible once a cabinet is installed, American Woodmark will supply a free repair kit for any of the recalled cabinet models purchased from February 2022 through March 2023. April 13, 2023 Luxor Workspaces Recalls Audiovisual Carts Due to Serious Tip-Over Hazard; Three Deaths Reported

This recall involves three cart base models: WT42 "Tuffy" plastic cart; W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 metal cart; and LP-DUO/TPDUOEQ plastic cart. The WT42 "Tuffy" is a 3-shelf plastic cart sold under the brand name H. Wilson "Tuffy" in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "WT42" prefix in the item number. The carts have a plastic handle with a logo that reads "the Tuffy" in the center. The W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 cart is 3-shelf adjustable height metal cart. It is also sold under the model number AVJ42 with either a Luxor or H. Wilson logo on the front center of the top shelf, and under the model number SS-AVJ42 with a LineLeader logo on the front center of the top shelf. It is sold in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "W42" or "AVJ42" prefixes in the item number. This recall involves all sizes of LETTAN flat mirrors. The mirrors are frameless, about 38 inches high and were sold in 23, 31, 39 and 47 inches wide. The recalled mirrors have a date stamp before and including 2105 (YYWW). The date stamp is in (YYWW) format where the first two digits represent the year and the last two digits represent the week of manufacture. The date stamp is located on the back of the mirror. The electric heating blankets were sold in the following colors: beige, black, blue, blue plaid, brown, gray (light and dark), gray plaid, green (dark), navy, red, red plaid and red plaid (cream), depending on the size and model. The Bedsure electric heating pads were sold in the following sizes: 12" x 24", 24" x 22" and 24" x 33"and colors: brown, gray and teal.
