This recall involves all Hallee Starlit Nights Mosquito Net Bed Canopies. The recalled bed canopies are made of 100% white polyester fabric and mosquito netting and have glow-in-the-dark stars sewn onto the fabric. The canopies hang from the ceiling or wall above a bed and measure about 400 inches tall, 90 inches wide and 22 inches in diameter. This recall involves Mahco Inc. tripod stools with three steel legs and a REALTREE logo pattern camouflage polyester fabric seat. The steel legs have plastic caps on both ends and a round plastic hub that connects the three legs. The stools measure about 17 inches high by 13 inches wide. September 8, 2016 HAUS Mosquito Zapper LED Light Bulbs Recalled by Creative Sourcing Due to Shock Hazard

This recall involves the HAUS ZapBulb 2-in-1 mosquito zapper LED light bulbs. The 10-watt bulb has a white grid housing that measures about 3.1 inches high, 3.1 inches wide and 6.1 inches deep. The grid housing has a blue light used to attract insects and an LED light below, for lighting. Only units without any markings or labels are included in this recall. The recalled children's chests and dressers are taller than 23.5 inches and adult chests and dressers are taller than 29.5 inches. The 29 million units of recalled chests and dressers include: MALM 3-drawer, 4-drawer, 5-drawer and three 6-drawer models and other children's and adult chests and dressers. The MALM chests and dressers are constructed of particleboard or fiberboard and are white, birch (veneer), medium brown, black-brown, white stained oak (veneer), oak (veneer), pink, turquoise, gray, gray-turquoise, lilac, green, brown stained ash (veneer), and black. A 5-digit supplier number, 4-digit date stamp, IKEA logo, country of origin and "MALM" are printed on the underside of the top panel or inside the side panel.
