September 8, 2016 HAUS Mosquito Zapper LED Light Bulbs Recalled by Creative Sourcing Due to Shock Hazard

This recall involves the HAUS ZapBulb 2-in-1 mosquito zapper LED light bulbs. The 10-watt bulb has a white grid housing that measures about 3.1 inches high, 3.1 inches wide and 6.1 inches deep. The grid housing has a blue light used to attract insects and an LED light below, for lighting. Only units without any markings or labels are included in this recall. August 25, 2016 Cree Recalls LED T8 Lamps Due to Burn Hazard; Includes T8 Lamps Provided as Replacements in Previous Recall

This recall involves Cree LED T8 Replacement Lamps, including lamps that were provided as free replacements for a previous recall in June 2015 and new lamps sold since the recall. These lamps are used indoors to replace traditional two-pin T8 fluorescent tubes. The white lamps have a cylindrical shape and measure 48 inches long. "Cree," "BT848 Series Lamp," the product number and a four-digit date code are printed on the lamp or on a white label affixed to the lamp. June 28, 2016 Following an Additional Child Fatality, IKEA Recalls 29 Million MALM and Other Models of Chests and Dressers Due to Serious Tip-Over Hazard; Consumers Urged to Anchor Chests and Dressers or Return for Refund

The recalled children's chests and dressers are taller than 23.5 inches and adult chests and dressers are taller than 29.5 inches. The 29 million units of recalled chests and dressers include: MALM 3-drawer, 4-drawer, 5-drawer and three 6-drawer models and other children's and adult chests and dressers. The MALM chests and dressers are constructed of particleboard or fiberboard and are white, birch (veneer), medium brown, black-brown, white stained oak (veneer), oak (veneer), pink, turquoise, gray, gray-turquoise, lilac, green, brown stained ash (veneer), and black. A 5-digit supplier number, 4-digit date stamp, IKEA logo, country of origin and "MALM" are printed on the underside of the top panel or inside the side panel. This recall involves Grand Rapids Chair Company Sadie chairs (model 837) and barstools (model 837S). The model number is printed on the underside of the chair, on the care and use instruction label. The chairs have a seat height of 18.5" and overall width of 22.5", and the barstools have a seat height of 30" and overall width of 22.5". The Sadie chairs have a steel frame of various colors with a wood seat base and seatback. The Sadie barstools have a steel frame of various colors, with a footrest and a wood seat base and seatback. June 2, 2016 Square Grove Recalls Sit-Stand Desk Converters Due to Serious Injury Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Square Grove's Sit-Stand Converters. The model included in the recall is UPL147 and includes the freestand and clamp versions. The freestand version sits on a desk that raises and lowers a computer monitor and keyboard by 17 inches. The clamp version functions the same, but clamps to the back of the desk. The color of both versions is black. The dimensions for the top platform are about 24 inches in width and 16 inches in diameter. The keyboard platform dimensions are about 24 inches in width and 9 inches in diameter. The freestanding base platform version dimensions are about 20 inches in width and 20 inches in diameter. This recall involves Chadwick bunk beds. The wooden bunk beds were sold in white (model 1030), mission oak (models 1245 and 1589) and in a twin over full combination. All models were available with the option of either: a storage drawer, a trundle or nothing under the lower bunk. May 25, 2016 Noble House Recalls Counter Stools Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Noble House's Louigi and Tate counter stools with solid wood legs and a metallic kick pate. The Louigi black leather counter stool has a backrest and measures about 18 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 41 inches tall. The backless Tate counter stools were sold in white or brown and measure about 16.5 inches wide by 16.5 inches deep by 27 inches tall. "MADE BY: PERMAISURI CO., LTD: No. 30 YUANCUO ROAD HONGSHANQIAO, FUZHOU, FUJIAN 350002 CHINA" is stamped on a tag on the underside of the stool's seat. Read more.

The chairs are made of an acacia wood frame and striped fabric in two styles: a natural oiled wood frame with red and white stripe fabric or a white gloss frame with blue and white stripe fabric. The chairs measure about 30 inches high by 42 inches long when unfolded. The style number is printed on the hang tag attached to the chair. This recall involves the Philips Energy Advantage Ceramic Metal Halide Lamps model CDM330. They are designed as energy efficient replacements for traditional 400W quartz metal halide lamps installed in magnetic ballasts and intended for use in high-ceiling industrial, retail and commercial applications. The lamps were sold in both clear and coated versions. Each lamp includes an etching, located either at the base of the lamp or on the ovoid of the lamps, that displays the relevant date code, along with Philips' name, wattage (330W) and the model (CDM330). This recall involves Bestar Dream Dressers. The dressers are juvenile five-drawer dressers sold as part of the Juvenil four-piece children's bedroom set. The dressers were sold in the colors brown and white. The dressers are 48 inches high, 30 inches wide and 16 inches deep, and weigh about 108 lbs. They have a melamine resin surface and the drawer handles have a matte chrome finish. The brown dresser is model number 49250-1152 and the white dresser is model number 49250-1117.
