This recall involves the following Roost birch bark wrapped candles. The center of the candle is white and the sides are covered with brown birch bark. “Roost” and the item number can be found on the box. “Roost” can also be found on the warning label on the bottom of the candle. Read more.


November 13, 2007 Iceberg Enterprises LLC Recalls Folding Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves Iceberg plastic round leg folding chairs. The metal support of the chair is charcoal and the seat and back support are beige. “Iceberg” is printed on a logo located on the back of the seat. Chairs with oval-shaped legs are not included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves six-piece home patio sets sold exclusively at Target. The set consists of a table, an umbrella, and four chairs. The chairs and the umbrella have a black aluminum frame covered with a beige fabric. Read more.


October 11, 2007 J.C. Penney Recalls Breyer Stirrup Ornaments Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recall involves a stirrup-shaped ornament with a white prancing horse and blue ribbons. “2006” is stamped on the rim of the ornament. Read more.


October 11, 2007 Riddell Recalls Collectible Mini Racing Helmets Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recalled product is a six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmet, modeled after the helmet worn by race car driver Jeff Gordon. The helmet is red and blue with a black visor, and is painted with various sponsor logos and playing cards. The UPC number 095855720029 is located on the bottom of the product’s packaging. No other Riddell mini helmet models are included in this recall. Read more.


October 9, 2007 Fluorescent Ceiling Light Fixtures Sold Exclusively at Home Depot Recalled by Lithonia Lighting Due to Shock Hazard

The recall involves the Lithonia Lighting Nickel End Wrap fluorescent ceiling light fixtures model number “New 2 32 120 RE BN” and date code “N050807”. The light fixtures measure four feet long and consist of two brushed nickel end caps and a clear plastic cover for the fluorescent tubes. “Lithonia Lighting”, the model number, and the date code can be found on the shipping box or on a label located inside the fixture, next to the fluorescent tube. To read the label on the fixture, consumers should turn the power off at the home’s circuit breaker and remove the plastic cover of the light fixture. Light fixtures sold in a box marked with a round pink sticker are not included in this recall. Read more.

September 26, 2007 RC2 Recalls Knights of the Sword Toys Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The three recalled silver knight toys are mounted on red horses sold individually in see-through blister cards. “Britains” and “Knights of the Sword” are printed on the top of the card in the packaging. The recalled toys include a mounted silver knight on a red horse with an axe; a mounted silver knight on a red horse with two hands on a raised weapon; and a mounted silver knight on a red horse with a lance. September 4, 2007 Bunk Beds Recalled by d-Scan Due to Collapse Hazard

The twin bunk beds are designed for children and were sold in a kit to be assembled by consumers. Only model number 82008 is included in this recall. The bunk beds are made of maple wood with a four-step ladder attached to the side and three pullout drawers under the bottom bunk. These bunk beds have no markings or labeling. Read more.
