The London Underground Neon Wall Sign is made of metal with glass tubing, containing neon gas and includes an AC adaptor. It was sold under item #HB3163, but this is not written on the sign. It is 14.5 inches by 12 inches, and is a licensed product from the London Transport Museum. There is a label attached to back of sign, which reads: "UNDERGROUND®; ©Transport for London; Exclusively designed Underground product, ©TfL registered user no. 04/4088." Read more.
The recall involves three models of rocking chairs, the Mainstays Love Seat Rocker (Model IT-13380) and the Mainstays Porch Rocker (Model IT-13379 and IT-13270). The Love Seat Rocker is wooden, white and seats two persons. The back support frame and the seat are made of slats. "Made in China" is printed on a sticker under the seat. The wooden Porch Rocker is sold in white and "natural" (light brown) color and seats only one person. "Made in Indonesia" is printed on a sticker under the Porch Rocker's seat. These lamps are in the shape of a Coca-Cola bottle. They are about 13.5 inches high. The inside of ElectroPlasma lamps simulate lightning bolts. A label on the bottom of the black base of the lamp reads, "Model No: 23-103," and "Lipan Industrial Co., Ltd." Read more.
The recalled "Forever-Glo Nite Lites™" look like small picture frames that plug into the wall. Only model numbers 75001 or 75002 with a manufacture date of April 2004 or later are included in this recall. Model 75001 is white or bronze-colored and has molded scroll-work around the front of the nite lite. "Model 75001" is printed on the back of the nite lite. Model 75002 is silver-colored and has a punched tin frame. "Model C8A5" is printed on the back. Both nite lite models measure about 3 inches by 3 inches and are about ¼ inch thick. "AmerTac™" and a circle with the month and year of manufacture are indicated on the back of the nite lites. Read more.
The recalled red tea light candles are apple scented and have the brand name "Harvest" on the front packaging. Item number A5023 is written on the bottom of the packaging. The candles were sold in sets of six candles per package. The tea light candles measure 1½-inches wide by ¾-inch high. Each of the candles comes in a plastic holder. Read more.
The recall includes 50-count multi-color mini light sets, 100-count blue mini light sets, and 140-count chasing light sets. "Mini Light Set" or "Chasing Light Set" is written on the packaging. The 100-count light sets have UL number E254698 or E182192, or there is no UL number written on the tag attached to the light string. The 50-count light sets have UL number E254698 or E182192, or no UL number. The chasing light sets have UL number E254698 or there is no UL number written on the tag. Read more.
The stool is marketed under the brand name of GardenWood Furniture. The recalled pub stools include the Chelsea Pub Stools model numbers 986W and 986KFRS as indicated on the outside of the box.. Both stools are constructed with wood legs, seats, and back-rests. Seat height is 30 inches and was sold both unfinished (W) as well as in a clear, penetrating oil finish (KFRS). The recalled candles were sold individually wrapped in a ribbon on a plate. This recall also includes candles sold in boxed sets of three candles under the Restore & Restyle brand. These scented, flowerpot-shaped candles are about 2.5-inches high and have a sand coating. They were sold in two different four-piece sets. One set containing three candles of different shades of green and one ivory candle with code number KMS8428 and UPC number 7 50197 88428 9. The other set contains a blue, white, orange and cream colored candle with code number KMS8427 and UPC number 7 50197 88427 2. The recalled director's chair is a folding chair with a solid natural-colored wood frame. They have cotton duck fabric seats and backs in navy, red, green and natural colors. The seats are padded and unpadded, and replacement padded seats were sold separately. The director's chair measures 34-inches-high, 24-inches-wide and 19-inches-deep with an 18-inch seat height. The replacement padded seats are navy red, green and natural canvas. The recalled director's chair includes models XS78 and VU67and the recalled replacement seat includes model XS79, which can be found on the label underneath the seat. Read more.
