This recall involves wall-mounted, folding shower seats made of teak wood slats joined together by support rods that extend from two wall mounting brackets. The recalled shower seats have brushed nickel, chrome or oil-rubbed bronze finishes on the support rods and bracket covers. The shower seats measure 16 inches wide by 13.5 inches deep, with a width of 11.75 inches between the centers of the wall mounting brackets. This recall involves IKEA GLIVARP extendable dining tables in white. The recalled tables have four steel legs and a glass table top with an extension that can be pulled out to the side. They measure about 29 inches tall by 49 inches long. The glass table top extension measures about 25 inches long. The supplier number (12003) is printed on a sticker on the underside of the table frame. "GLIVARP" and the IKEA logo are also printed on the sticker. Read more.

This recall involves RH Annecy and La Salle metal-wrapped coffee tables. The recalled coffee tables are rectangular with thin sheets of dark-colored metal wrapped around the frame to form the outside of the coffee table. Recalled coffee tables must have one of the following item numbers and one of following P.O. numbers. Item and P.O. numbers are printed on a green sticker underneath the coffee table. If the table does not have a green sticker contact RH to determine if the table is part of the recall. The Tall Backless Yoga Chair, item number 8162640, is about 44 inches high and 19 inches wide. The Backless Yoga Chair, item number 8132666, is about 37 inches high and 18 inches wide. The chairs were sold in the following colors: aqua, black, white, plum, and peacock. The chairs were also sold under the brand name Sporti Studio and have the brand's sticker on the back of the seat. They come in a black, padded carrying case, and are used as a portable seat for camping and outdoor activities. The model name is printed on the pocket on the inside right side of the seat. The NEMO name and logo is attached to the back of the seat as a stitched logo. The three manufacturing lots included in this recall are marked with November 2017, December 2017, March 2018 or May 2018 date codes.
