This recall involves 41 models of Hunter lighting fixtures from the Devon Park, Astwood, Highland Hill, Kerrison, and Van Nuys lighting collections. The model number can be found on a label behind the light when removed from the wall. The lights were sold with single, 2, 3, 4 and 5-light fixtures and in various finishes including brushed and polished nickel, Onyx black, Alturas gold, Distressed white and rust. This recall involves the Amazon Basics Executive Desk Chair. The upholstered swivel chair was sold in black, brown and white and has padded armrests and five legs with rolling casters. The chair can be adjusted for seat height and backrest tilt. Only chairs that have a horizontal plastic piece on the bottom of the caster bracket are included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Eames Storage Units (ESU) and Eames Desk Units (EDU). The units are made from wood and steel joined with metal fasteners. They were sold in two color schemes: natural color that includes tan, gray, white and black panels; and multicolor that includes tan, white, black, red, yellow and blue panels. The product number is printed on the label located on the bottom surface of the bottom panel, rear left of the Eames Storage Units (ESU) and Eames Desk Units (EDU) beneath the black Herman Miller medallion. The SKU number may appear on consumers' product order confirmation. The chairs have a metal circle base that attaches to a metal pole, from which the metal chairs hang by hook and chain and measure about 4 feet tall by 3 feet wide. The brand Novogratz is printed on the hang tag attached to the product. This recall involves AmazonBasics School Classroom Stack Chairs. The chairs are made of durable plastic and have chrome-plated metal legs. They are stackable and were sold as a set of six chairs in pink, lime green, yellow, blue, purple, and/or red colors. They measure 17 inches long x 15 inches wide x 26 inches high. This recall involves the Pittsburgh Automotive-branded pneumatic roller seats. The swivel seats are red with a 15 to 20-inch pneumatic lift range and have a black storage tray located above the wheels. Product Registration Number CA-44417 can be found on a white label located on the bottom of the seat's storage tray. The item number is printed on a label on the front of the storage tray and the UPC is printed on a label on the underside.
