July 23, 2014 Dream On Me Recalls High Chairs Due to Strangulation and Fall Hazards

The recall includes Dream On Me Dinah high chairs made with a steel, powder coated tubing open-framed base with white plastic foot grips and black with white trim or red with white trim fabric seats. The chair has a white plastic tray, plastic footrest and a white fabric five point adjustable safety strap. "Dream On Me" is printed on a label attached to the front of the tray. There is a color-coordinated black and white or red and white fabric storage bin attached to the bottom of the chair legs. The high chair can be folded for storage. Read more.


March 28, 2013 BabyHome USA Recalls High Chairs Due to Strangulation Hazard

This recall includes Eat model high chairs in red, black, green, purple, navy, orange, and brown. The model number BH2104 is located on a label on the back of the high chair. The word "babyhome" is printed on one leg of the chair and the word "eat" is printed on the opposite leg of the chair. The high chairs have a nylon fabric seat with a plastic tray and metal frame. The high chairs measure about 36 inches high and 24 inches wide. There is a printed white "babyhome" logo shaped like a backwards letter "h" on the seatback. The recalled high chairs have lot numbers: BH00301/01-2012, BH00303/07-2012, BH00304/09-2012 and BH00304/09-2012. The lot numbers are located on a sticker affixed to the bottom of the footrest.

October 18, 2012 Dream On Me Recalls High Chairs Due to Strangulation Hazard

This recall involves all Bistro high chairs with model/style number "255" which is printed on a tag attached to the back of the seat. The high chair was sold in blue or pink. The fabric on the seat has a polka-dot design and "Dream On Me" is printed on a label attached to the front of the white tray. The recalled high chair was manufactured in July 2011 and has a date code printed on a label on the back of the chair. Read more.


October 9, 2012 Graco Recalls Classic Wood Highchairs Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves all Graco brand Classic Wood Highchairs sold in three wood finishes. The high chair has a top seat, bottom leg assembly and removable tray. The high chair is sold with a beige fabric seat cover. Model number 3C00BPN, 3C00BPN TC, 3C00CHY, 3C00CHY TC, 3C00CPO or 3C00CPO TC is printed on a label on the underside of the seat assembly. February 16, 2011 Kristi G, SwimWays Corporation Recall Child Chairs Due To Fall Hazard

The recalled product is a lightweight, polyester chair for children three months and older, up to 75 pounds. The chairs include a detachable sun canopy, detachable tray, three-point harness, and a polyester carry bag. There are holes in the seat to allow for standing. The chairs differ in color scheme only as follows: model 80325 is brown with blue polka dots, 80326 is brown with green polka dots and 80327 is brown with pink polka dots. This recall involves the Healthy Care, Easy Clean and Close to Me High Chairs with pegs on the back legs intended for tray storage. The high chairs have a folding frame for storage and a three-position reclining seat. The model number and date code of the high chair is on the back of the seat. All Easy Clean and Close To Me High Chairs are included in this recall. Only Healthy Care High Chairs manufactured before December 2006 are included in the recall. If the fourth digit in the date code is 6 or less, the Healthy Care High Chair is included in the recall. Read more.

This recall involves all Harmony™ High Chairs. The Harmony™ high chair was manufactured from November 2003 through December 2009 and is no longer in production. The model number can be found on the label that is located on the underside of the foot rest. Read more.


December 22, 2009 IKEA Recalls LEOPARD Highchairs Due to Fall and Choking Hazards

This recall involves all colors of the LEOPARD highchairs sold as a seat and a frame individually. The seat and tray has an adhesive label affixed to the underside with the words LEOPARD and “Made in Italy,” an eight-digit article number and a five-digit supplier number (19589). Read more.


August 6, 2009 Target Recalls Circo Booster Seats Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves Circo booster seats with manufacture date codes XJ0811, XJ0812, XJ0901, and XJ0902. The plastic booster seat is blue with green trim and has white straps. The manufacture date code is printed on the backside of the seat next to the consumer warning information. “Circo” can be found on a label located in the front of the seat. Read more.

The expanded recall involves Evenflo Majestic™ high chairs, model numbers: 3001395, 3001395A, 3001604, 3001700, 3001713, 3001713A, 3001730A, 3001732, 3001733, 3001742, 3001742A, 3001756, 3001821A, 3001840A, 3001845, 3001848, 3001852, 3001932, 3002719 and 3003845 manufactured between January 23, 2007 and December 31, 2008. The model number and date of manufacture are located on a white label/sticker on the seatback. “Evenflo” is printed on the label and on the front of the tray. Models showing a year of manufacture of 2009 in red ink are not included in the recall. Read more.
