Recalls: Home Decoration
This recall involves custom-ordered made-to-measure manual roller shades. The shades were sold in a variety of colors, fabrics, and sizes. They have a label on an adhesive strip that connects the shade fabric to the roller tube that reads “Lutron Shading Solutions” and “800-446-1503.” The shade needs to be removed from the brackets and unrolled completely to access the label. The shade was sold with an orange, black and white hang tag warning consumers that “young children can STRANGLE in cord and bead chain loops.” However, the hang tag may have been discarded upon installation. This recall involves all Vertical Land custom-made vertical and cellular window coverings that do not have a cord tensioning device and horizontal blinds that do not have inner cord stop devices. A sticker identification label can be found on the head rail of some of the window coverings which lists the company’s name, address and telephone number. Read more.
Reflections of Magic is an oval mirror that measures 29” high and 26” wide. It has a border decorated with animated characters and its SKU number 01-4326-001 can be found on the package. Read more.
The recalled products are six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmets, modeled after helmets worn by several race car drivers. The follow models are included in the recall: Terry Borcheller helmet, part number 2005740; Kurt Busch helmet, part number 2001368; and Vitor Meira helmet, part number 2001381. The recall involves a stirrup-shaped ornament with a white prancing horse and blue ribbons. “2006” is stamped on the rim of the ornament. Read more.
The recalled product is a six-inch tall, collectible, miniature helmet, modeled after the helmet worn by race car driver Jeff Gordon. The helmet is red and blue with a black visor, and is painted with various sponsor logos and playing cards. The UPC number 095855720029 is located on the bottom of the product’s packaging. The three recalled silver knight toys are mounted on red horses sold individually in see-through blister cards. “Britains” and “Knights of the Sword” are printed on the top of the card in the packaging. The recalled toys include a mounted silver knight on a red horse with an axe; a mounted silver knight on a red horse with two hands on a raised weapon; and a mounted silver knight on a red horse with a lance. This recall involves two inch Natural Faux Wood Plantation Blinds sold under the Basic Blindz® brand. The blinds have a yellow steel top rail, also called the head rail, a cord tilter on the left side (to tilt the slats open or closed), and a double pull cord that meets at a cord connector and ends in a single cord on the right side (to raise and lower the blinds). Stickers inside the top rail state: "Springs Window Fashion LLC, Middleton, WI 53562," "Made in China," and "Manufacturing Date Code." Blinds with manufacturing date codes JX, JY, JZ, KO, KP, KQ, KR, KS, and KT are included in the recall. Read more.
The recalled vases have thick black, white or clear glass walls. They stand about 28 inches high and weigh about 11 pounds. The base diameter is about 6 inches and the top diameter is about 9 inches. The IKEA logo and one of three article numbers are printed on the underside of the base. The article numbers are 201-102-34 (black), 501-121-99 (white) and 000-795-45 (clear). Read more.
The London Underground Neon Wall Sign is made of metal with glass tubing, containing neon gas and includes an AC adaptor. It was sold under item #HB3163, but this is not written on the sign. It is 14.5 inches by 12 inches, and is a licensed product from the London Transport Museum. There is a label attached to back of sign, which reads: "UNDERGROUND®; ©Transport for London; Exclusively designed Underground product, ©TfL registered user no. 04/4088." Read more.
