This recall involves Nutrilife Plant Products one-gallon/four-liter bottles of hydrogen peroxide (H202) liquid 29% oxidizer which is used as a source of oxygen for water, a preservative for fresh cut flowers, and to keep unwanted nutrient residuals clear in reservoirs, drippers and dripper lines. The plastic bottles are white with a blue/green label with a handle at the top. The Nutrilife logo, H202, Liquid 29% Oxidizer and "An Oxygen Source for Water" are printed on the front label. Open and closing instructions are printed on the bottle caps with indented lettering. Read more.
This recall involves humangear's capCAP accessory bottle cap. The capCAPs were sold in green/gray, blue/gray, black/gray and black/black color combinations for standard wide-mouth stainless steel bottles and in black/gray for glass mason jars. humangear is stamped on the top of the capCAP. Only caps with model numbers HG0501, HG0502, HG0505, HG0505-DSG and HG0515 printed above the UPC code on the package are included in the recall. The recalled capCAP has a silicone seal, a rubber coating on the large cap, and a tab/slot feature on the strap This recall only includes the newer version of capCAPs sold between November 2016 and February 2017. This recall involves SodaStream one liter, blue tinted, plastic carbonating bottles. "SodaStream" and "Dishwasher safe" are printed on the recalled bottles. This recall involves Avengers and Darth Vader themed stainless steel water bottles with images of Thor, The Incredible Hulk and Iron Man on one and an image of Darth Vader and the Death Star on the other style. The water bottles are gray with a blue or black plastic top, a vacuum-valve stopper and are 5 ½ inches tall by 2 ¾ inches in diameter. SKU number 7939721 (Avengers) or 7939721 (Darth Vader) is printed on the price sticker affixed to the bottom of the bottle, along with one of the following date codes: 12/2013, 8/2014 or 12/2014. A tracking label imprinted on the underside of the bottle contains the date code printed along with the words, "Pottery Barn Kids," "LOT 1, BATCH 1" and "JINHUA, CHINA." Read more.
The recall involves Zak Designs 26-ounce plastic water bottles. The 10-inch-tall water bottles have a flip-top spout on a twist-off cap with colored inner plastic straws in clear, blue, gray, green, light purple or red. The water bottles were sold exclusively at Target stores in a "Back-to-College" promotion. The water bottles have popular characters on the front and come in a variety of colors including clear, gray, navy blue, pink, teal blue, gray with colored caps in red, blue pink and yellow. Characters include Captain America, a Batman design, Minions, My Little Pony, Spiderman, Star Wars aircraft, a Superman logo, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Thor and Wonder Woman. Mold number "14158" and "Zak Designs®" are embossed on the bottom of the bottles in the recall. Bottles with a black inner straw and black twist-off cap are not included in the recall. Read more.

"Well at Walgreens Multivitamin Women 50+" is printed on the bottle's white and silver label. A yellow band at the top of the label states "Value Size." The four recalled children's water bottles have popular cartoon characters on a hard-sided plastic bottle. Characters and bottle colors include Dora the Explorer®, violet; Hello Kitty®, pink; SpongeBob Square Pants®, blue; and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®, green. The bottles stand 6 inches tall, hold 15 ounces of liquid, have white lids that screw off and have fold-up straws and filters that sit inside the straw below the lid. Each bottle bears a Brita logo and features the image of a popular children's cartoon character. The removable plastic wrap on the bottle at time of purchase has the model number BB07 and the following UPC codes: 60258-35883 on the Dora the Explorer, 60258-35914 on the Hello Kitty, 60258-35880 on the SpongeBob Square Pants and 60258-35882 on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This recall includes previously recalled 16 oz. plastic water bottles that came in pink with a crackle design or blue. The bottles have flip-top lids in coordinated pink and blue colors. "H&M Sweden," www.hm.com and a date clock with the manufacture date are embossed on the bottom of the bottle. The recalled products were manufactured in June 2012. The inner circle on the date clock stamp contains the number 12 with an arrow between the two numbers. The arrow points at the number 6 in an outer circle of numbers. Read more.
