May 14, 2020 Flybar Recalls Swurfer Baby and Toddler Swings Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves the Swurfer brand Kiwi Baby and Toddler Swings. The plastic swing is sold in green, blue and pink. The swing attaches to a swing set or a tree branch. The swing measures about 15 inches wide, by 10 inches deep and 20 inches high. The swing weighs about 4 pounds. FlyBar, Inc. and Kiwi Swing SSW-0005 are printed on the underside of the swing. September 16, 2014 IKEA Recalls Children's Swing Due To Fall Hazard

This recall involves IKEA GUNGGUNG Swing. GUNGGUNG is intended for indoor and outdoor use by children ages 3-7. It is made of green polyester fabric and hangs from a plastic suspension fitting attached to steel hooks. The full length of the suspension strap, including the sling seat, is 17 feet and the width of the seat is 0.8 feet. A permanent label is attached to one of the suspension straps, showing age recommendation (3-7), IKEA logo, Design and Quality IKEA of Sweden, GUNGGUNG article number 302.439.74, supplier number 17915 and Made in Vietnam. The Happy Swing II is a fabric infant swing that comes in red and green with a tray and grab bar attachment. June 15, 2011 aDOORable Swing Bar Recalled by Sportime Due to Fall Hazard

The Abilitations brand aDOORable swing bar is designed to be suspended in a doorway so that a swing attachment can be connected. The swing bar is a white metal pole between two brackets that attach to a standard size doorway with metal screws. Two metal “S” hooks are welded to the metal pole for a swing attachment. “Abilitations aDOORable Swing Bar” and product number “1302341” are printed on the metal pole. Read more.
