This recall involves the gb Qbit lightweight stroller for children up to 50 pounds. The recalled strollers have 4 sets of two wheels, a five-point harnessed restraint system, a full-sized reclining seat, a storage basket, a removable cup holder and a travel storage bag. The strollers can also be used as a travel system with infant carriers. The strollers are mostly black with an accent color. The "gb" red box logo is printed on the harness and on both sides of the stroller legs and "Qbit" is printed in white on the stroller legs. The model number and date of manufacture are printed on a sticker on the rear leg of the stroller, directly above the wheels, next to the storage basket. This recall involves Britax B-Safe 35 and B-Safe 35 Elite infant car seat and travel systems manufactured between October 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015. The product can be used as a rear-facing only car seat and as an infant carrier. The car seat/carriers have a canopy, black shell and base, and were sold in a variety of colors. The Britax logo is printed on both sides of the seat shell and on the carry handle grip. Model numbers and the date of manufacture (DOM) are printed on a label located at the back of the infant car seat/carrier shell. This recall involves Britax B-Ready strollers and B-Ready replacement top seats that were sold separately. The B-Ready strollers have a silver or black frame with a solid-colored top seat in a variety of colors. The Britax logo is on the stroller's side hinges and foot rest. B-Ready is printed on the sides of the stroller frame. The stroller's model number and date of manufacture are printed on a label on the stroller's frame between the front wheels or on the inside frame that connects to the back right wheel. The replacement top seats were sold separately in a variety of colors and fit into the stroller's frame. The replacement top seat's model number and date of manufacture are printed on a black label on the right side tube above the adjuster button, under the fabric cover. This recall involves 2015 CRUZ and 2015 VISTA strollers and 2015 RumbleSeat. The CRUZ strollers have an aluminum alloy gray or black frame with a black fabric toddler seat with a colored fabric sunshade canopy and a black basket under the seat. The UPPAbaby name and logo are printed on the side of the canopy and "CRUZ" is printed in white lettering on the handlebars of the stroller. The VISTA strollers have gray or black aluminum frames, colored sunshade canopy and are made to hold one, two or up to three children. VISTA is printed in white lettering on the handlebars of the stroller and UPPAbaby is printed across the bottom diagonal rail of the stroller frame next to a black, fabric basket. The RumbleSeat is a separate seat attachment that can be attached to the stroller frame. RumbleSeats have manufacture dates stamped on the bottom of the seat from September 2014 through May 2015. The RumbleSeat comes in various colors and allows the child to ride rear facing, forward facing or reclined. This recall involves Stokke Trailz strollers with the chassis and seat sold between November 2014 and December 2014. The strollers were sold in black, black mélange, beige mélange, deep blue, red and purple. The four-wheeled adjustable chassis is silver aluminum, and measures approximately 45 inches high by 32 inches long when fully extended. The strollers have adjustable angle handlebars, a storage bin above the wheelbase and a seat with an adjustable cover. The Stokke logo is printed on the front of the seat and the "Trailz" model name is printed on a tracking label affixed to the front of the wheelbase assembly. Read more.

This recall includes eleven Graco and Century-branded strollers with model names Aspen, Breeze, Capri, Cirrus, Glider, Kite, LiteRider, Sierra, Solara, Sterling and TravelMate. All models are a single-occupant stroller with an external sliding fold-lock hinge on each side and a one-hand fold release mechanism on the handle. This recall involves Tray Vous snack and activity trays, which have connectors that fit into strollers. The three-piece units include a black plastic tray with a cup holder, a left connector and a right connector. The tray measures about 15 inches wide by 6 inches deep by .75 inches thick. The left and right plastic connectors measure about 4 inches long by 1.75 inches wide by .75 inches thick and are used to connect the tray to the stroller's base. This recall involves phil&teds Travel System 26 (TS26) adaptors used to attach infant car seats to the following phil&teds stroller models, the Classic, Dot, Explorer, Hammerhead, Navigator, S3 and S4. Compatible car seats include the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix, Maxi Cosi Mico, Maxi Cosi Pebble and Cybex Anton. The adaptors are two pieces of black plastic, one for the left side and one for the right side, that connect the stroller to the car seat. The single and double strollers were sold in various color schemes, including black, red, kiwi, sandstone, navy and orange. They were manufactured between March 2011 and June 2013 and have the following model numbers: U341763, U341764, U341782 and U341783 for the B-Agile strollers; U361818 or U361819 for the B-Agile Double strollers; and U391820, U391821 and U391822 for the BOB Motion strollers. This recall involves all Joovy's Zoom gray metal car seat stroller adapters. The adapters are gray with black plastic clips designed to attach infant car seats to stroller frames. The adapter frame's dimensions are approximately 17" x 13" x 10". Recalled car seat adapter models include 00945 for Graco, 00946 for Chicco and 00947 for Peg Perego frames.
