This recall involves green, blue or yellow plastic, disc-shaped Cyclone swing seats. The swings are about 12 inches in diameter and have a cone-shaped plastic piece in the middle to hold the swing's rope. Only swings with date codes "2012 5 18" through "2012 6 25" stamped on the underside in black are included in this recall. Read more.

March 7, 2012 Swing Sets Recalled for Repair by BCI Burke Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves the end and middle arch supports on Arch Swing Sets and added bays with belt or bucket seats built with 2 3/8 inch steel tubing. The swings have a 2 7/8 inch diameter sleeve that is welded to the middle or end support. “Burke” is printed on identification labels that were provided to installers who may or may not have put them on the swings. August 30, 2011 Pacific Cycle Recalls Swing Sets Due to Fall Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Toys R Us

This recall involves Playsafe's Dartmouth Swing Set, model number 22-PS340, with date codes FSD0115AA and FSD0315AA. The model number and date code can be found in the owner's manual. The swing set has six metal legs and includes two swings with yellow plastic sling-style seats, a yellow plastic sliding board, a two-person glider with yellow plastic seats, yellow plastic trapeze hanging rings and a four-person lawn swing with yellow plastic seats and footboard. June 29, 2011 Swing Sets Recalled by Adventure Playsets due to Fall Hazard

The swing sets come with swings, slides and ladders. Each set has a fort structure that uses green or cranberry colored plastic coated 2”x 4” wood upright posts and a green nylon fabric covered shade. The sets were sold under the following names: Bellevue, Bellevue II, Belmont, Durango, Durango II, Sedona, Tacoma, Tacoma II, Ventura, Venture II and Yukon,. September 1, 2010 Swing Sets Recalled by Kompan Inc. for Repair Due to Fall Hazard

The recalled swing sets include the “To Fro” models listed below with any numbers in the series of model number codes listed. For example, for the first entry, S1-8, all single bay, 8 foot swings beginning with the model number S1-8 would be included in the recall. Kompan has not manufactured the swing since December 31, 2003 and has not sold it since December 31, 2008. Read more.

This recall involves wooden play sets with swings, slides and ladders. Each set has an overhead monkey bar ladder that acts as both the monkey bar and swing beam, and an end ladder coated with cranberry or green plastic. May 27, 2009 Outdoor Play Sets Sold Exclusively at Toys"R"Us Recalled by Step2 Due to Fall Hazard; Swings Can Break

This recall involves Step2 Play Up Gym play sets. The recalled outdoor play sets include a platform, climber, slide area and two swings and have a model number of 797300. A red “Step2” logo plate is attached to the front of the play set. Play sets that have hangers with white plastic bushings are not subject to this recall. Read more.
