Recalls: Toy Trains
My Little Train Classics wooden toy trains are available in two styles. One, with a yellow cab, blue body and six red wheels and the other with a blue cab, red boiler, wooden base and four black wheels. The item #5293 is the same for both styles and is located in the lower left hand corner on the front of the package. Read more.
This recall involves a variety of wooden toys including egg shakers (maracas), pull toys, rattles, and trains. The toys are painted glossy red, orange, green, brown, yellow or natural wood. Read more.
The Big Wooden Blocks contain 30 or 60 colorful block pieces in 11 geometric shapes. The Jumbo Wooden Train Sets contain 70 wooden pieces including trees, stop and railroad crossing signs, a red wooden engine and green train cars. The recall involves five toys from the Thomas and Friends Wooden Railway product line: the all-black cargo car, toad vehicle, olive green sodor cargo box and all-green maple tree top and signal base accessories. The front of the packaging has the logo “Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway” in the upper left-hand corner. A tracking code may be located on the bottom of some of the products. The recall involves the Geo Trax Freightway Transport and Geo Trax Special Track Pack locomotive toys. These toys are red with yellow paint on the ladder and horn details. The recalled models were manufactured between July 31, 2006 and August 20, 2007 and have a date code between 212-6CK through 325-6CK or 001-7CK through 232-7CK marked on the bottom of the product. This recall involves Magnetic Alphabet and Number train sets. The train sets include a wooden engine, caboose, letters and numbers. The miniature train sets are sold in a rainbow of colors and have either a letter or number attached to the top of a base with four wooden wheels. The alphabet train set contains 28 pieces, and the number train set contains 12 pieces. Each car in the train set is 2 ½ x 2 ½ x 2 inches in size. Read more.

IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks are a set of 19 foam, cloth-covered blocks of various shapes with a plastic carrying case. Two of the blocks are car-shaped and have four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some cars have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." Read more.
The recall includes one type of pacifier (Light-up Pacifiers) and two types of toys (New Style Pianos and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains). The Light-up Pacifier is a plastic pacifier, which also acts as a whistle. When a button on the pacifier's handle is pushed, the pacifier lights up with flashing LED lights. The New Style Piano is a battery operated musical piano, which measures about 6 inches across and comes in orange and blue colors. The High Toys Choochoo Toy Train is a battery operated train that measures about 8 inches across and 5 inches high.
