December 7, 2023 Primark Recalls Baby Rattles Due to Risk of Choking and Ingestion Hazards

This recall involves the Primark baby rattles, "Wooden Music Shaker" and "DTR M&M Maracas". The baby rattles were sold in yellow, red, light green and light blue colors. The red baby rattle has a "Minnie Mouse" image on it, and the yellow baby rattle has a "Mickey Mouse" image on it. The numbers 7495201 (Wooden Music Shaker) or 5311101 (DTR M&M Maracas) are printed on the product packaging. Read more.

October 19, 2023 Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Troublesome Truck & Crates and Troublesome Truck & Paint Recalled by Fisher-Price Due to Choking and Magnet Ingestion Hazards

This recall involves Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Troublesome Truck & Crates and Troublesome Truck & Paint. The push along wooden trains are designed to look like the characters from Thomas & Friends called the Troublesome Trucks. The Troublesome Truck & Crates is a black and gray train car with cargo of brown crates. The Troublesome Truck & Paint is a gray and black train car with cargo of gray paint cans and a yellow paint splatter on the side. Both train cars have faces on the front of them. The trains come with magnetic connectors to attach to other vehicles. The train cars measure approximately 3.6 inches long by 2.1 inches high. Model numbers HBJ89 (Troublesome Truck & Crates) and HBJ90 (Troublesome Truck & Paint) can be found on the bottom of the train cars. Read more.

This recall involves the Hurtle multi-purpose children's helmet. The helmets were sold in black, blue, pink, white and red. The helmets have the word "Renegade" on the side in white or black lettering. The straps are black and the white warning label on the inside of the helmet states "Renegade" in black and orange lettering. This recall involves the Preschool front-loading electric cargo tricycle that seats up to six children on bench-style seats in the passenger area. The recalled bikes are painted with a yellow exterior and black interior color with a high-gloss finish. The recalled bikes have the Bunch logo on the side of the passenger box and were sold as The Preschool 2020 edition starting in 2020, The Preschool and then The Preschool 3.0.
