The recall involves SIMU DMI6 Hz Motors sold with and used to open and retract awnings and shutters. The motor is silver with some black color. "Simu" and the model name are printed on a label on the side of the motor. November 10, 2021 Hart Consumer Products Recalls Nailers Due to Injury Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Walmart

This recall involves Hart 18-Gauge 2" Brad Nailers with model numbers HPNR01, HPNR01B, HPNR01B-SK, or HPNR01BNCA. The white, blue, and black handheld tool has the name "HART" on the side of the nailer in white type on a black background and has "18ga BRAD NAILER" on the side of the nail tray/magazine in white type on a blue background. August 7, 2013 LSI Recalls Wind Speed Sensors Due to Risk of Injury from Impact (Recall Alert)

This recall involves LSI model GS025 wind speed sensors with serial numbers 100015 and 100412. Model and serial numbers can be found on the underside of the product's base. The charcoal-grey colored sensor has "LSI" printed on one side and three windspeed cups on the top of the product. The 7-inch-high sensors are often used by crane operators to gauge wind conditions when lifting and moving items. Read more.


April 9, 2013 Home Depot Recalls CE Tech Riser Cable Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves 1,000 ft. CE Tech riser cable sold in boxes of 1,000 ft. lengths. It is intended to run between floors of a building as data cable. This type of cable must self-extinguish in a fire. The cable is gray and marked (UL) E316395. The cable's box is blue and black and is marked CE Tech 1,000 ft. riser cable, Cat 6 23-4. Read more.


December 11, 2012 Fu San Machinery Recalls Low Lead Ball Valves Installed in Flammable Gas Lines Due to Fire and Explosion Hazards

This recall involves seven brands of sweat and threaded, low lead ball valves used in flammable gas piping systems used in commercial or residential settings. They are brass shut-off valves assembled with pipe lines of 3/4 inch and 1 inch and have a date code 1103 through 1112, in YYMM format, where YY is the year and MM is the month. The date code is located under the valve handle. The pipe size is marked on the body of the valve. Fu San's logo and the "O" marking designated for low lead valves are marked on the valves' neck under where the handle assembles.
