This recall involves all G0584 and G0462 Grizzly Industrial, and the W1758 Shop Fox wood lathes. The variable-speed, electric wood lathes have a green or white bed and cast-iron legs with black accents, an extendable tool rest and a swivel headstock. Model G0584 measures 62 inches wide, 14.5 inches deep and 45.5 inches high. Models G0462 and W1758 measure 72.5 inches wide, 19 inches deep and 48 inches high. The Grizzly industrial wood lathes have the logo located on the front of the headstock and the model number on the side nameplate. The Shop Fox wood lathes have the logo located on the front of the bed, and the model on the front of the headstock and the side nameplate. Read more.
This recall involves Drill Master 18-volt cordless drills with item number 68239 and item number 68287. The drills are black with a red switch and were sold with an 18-volt rechargeable battery pack. Item number 68239 was sold individually and item number 68287 was sold as part of a kit, which included a flashlight. The flashlight is not included in the recall. The item number is located on a black label on the right side of the drill, just beneath the serial number. Drills with item number 69651 and item number 69652 are not included in the recall. This recall involves Ryobi brand, Lithium 18 V 4Ah battery packs, with model P108 and part number 130429028. The battery pack is green, silver and black. "Ryobi" and "Lithium+18V" are printed in white lettering on both sides of the battery pack. The model and part number can be found on the data plate located on the bottom of the battery pack.

The recalled tools were manufactured between January 2006 and September 2006, and have date codes ranging from 200601 to 200639. The date code also is located on the tool's nameplate.
