February 26, 2013 One World Technologies Recalls Ryobi Cordless Tool Battery Pack Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involves Ryobi brand, Lithium 18 V 4Ah battery packs, with model P108 and part number 130429028. The battery pack is green, silver and black. "Ryobi" and "Lithium+18V" are printed in white lettering on both sides of the battery pack. The model and part number can be found on the data plate located on the bottom of the battery pack.

June 12, 2008 Robert Bosch Tool Corp. Recalls Hammer Drills Due to Risk of Injury

The recalled hammer drill is blue with “BOSCH” printed on the side. The model number 1191VSR can be located on the product nameplate mounted on the side of the motor. The product’s packaging will be marked as 1191VSRK (the “K” indicates that the hammer drill was packaged with a case in a kit). Only drills with a serial number that begins with “7” are included in the recall. Read more.

The drill bits are 1/4-inch by 13-inches long, 5/16-inch by 13-inches long, 3/8-inch by 13-inches long, and 1/2-inch by 13-inches long. They were sold separately as accessories under the "Vermont American" brand name under catalog numbers: 14044, 14045, 14046, and 14048. Read more.
