Recalls: Propane or LP or Butane Gas Tanks and Fittings

This recall involves the RegO 302 Series Compact Regulators with dates codes between 09/22 and 02/23. Regulators with the date code 21/22 are also included in this recall. The date codes are stamped on the back of the metal regulators. The regulators are designed for liquefied petroleum gas (i.e., propane) tanks for outdoor grills, heaters and fireplaces. Read more.

This recall involves under-odorized propane (LP) gas delivered to consumers' storage tanks or sold at retail locations in portable cylinders (for use in recreational vehicles, barbeques, stoves and other appliances). The recalled gas regulators were manufactured from March 2007 through May 2007 and installed on natural gas or LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings. The recalls involves model HSR natural gas regulators and LP-gas regulators with model numbers 67CD, 67CH, 67CN, and 67CW, HSRL, R622, R622E, R622H, R632, R642, R652, R652E, R122H, R222, or R232. The recall involves a one-inch gas ball shut-off valve sold as a Watts Series GBV two-piece, Brass Gas Ball Valve used in commercial and residential applications for manufactured natural gas and liquid propane (LP) gas piping systems. The valves feature a brass ball and stem, teflon seats and packing, brass end piece and a zinc alloy handle. They have a date code of 0511 cast into the body of the valve. Some 0511 body date code valves were among 1,225 valves shipped to 43 Watts' customers' locations between July 9, 2005 and August 8, 2005. Of these 1,225 valves, all but 9 valves shipped to 6 commercial customers have been recovered or accounted for. Read more.
