Recalls: Utility Vehicles

This recall involves two models of the G-Force CVT clutches that are aftermarket metallic, cylinder-shaped replacement clutch assemblies for use in all-terrain-vehicles and utility task vehicles. The part number, "G-FORCE" and the Gates logo are printed on the round top of the clutch. The UPC, part number and internal product number are printed on the packaging. This recall involves all model years 2015 and 2016 UXV 450i, UXV 450i LE and UXV 450i Turf models. Recalled utility vehicles come in the colors blue, camouflage, matte black, gold, green, red, blue and black. The model year 2015 recalled vehicles are those units with the last six numbers of the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) between 100101 and 190370. The model year 2016 recalled vehicles are those units with the last six numbers of the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) between 190371 and 260240. The VIN can be found on the frame behind the right front wheel. UXV is printed on each side of the rear cargo box and on the hood. KYMCO is printed on the side panels. Read more.

This recall involves model year 2013, 2014 and 2015 Kubota RTV-X1100C series diesel-powered utility vehicles. Recalled utility vehicles come in the colors orange and camouflage and have serial numbers ranging from 10001 to 23172. The model number is on the side of the unit and on the data plate on the back of the cab, between the cab and the bed. The serial number is also on the data plate. Read more.

This recall includes six models of American SportWorks Four Wheel Off-Road Utility Vehicles. The name of each model is located above each front fender and along the sides of the dump bed. Affected vehicles include: BullDog 300, ChuckWagon 300 and LandMaster 300 all powered by Kohler 277cc engines with the last 6 Characters of the product identification number between A11746 and A13294, and LandMaster 400, TrailWagon 400 and ChuckWagon 400 all powered by Honda 390cc engines with the last 6 Characters of the product identification number between A24835 and A26806. The product identification numbers can be found on a sticker on the firewall above the accelerator and brake pedal. This recall involves all model year 2014 Arctic Cat Prowler 500 HDX and some model year 2015 Prowler 500 HDX models. The model year 2015 vehicles affected are those units with vehicle identification numbers (VIN) from 303194 through 305166. The VIN number is located on the rear frame tube under the rear of the box. The vehicles are green, red, vibrant red metallic, or emerald green metallic. "Arctic Cat" is printed on each side of the hood. Also 500 is printed on each side on the front fenders, HDX on each side of the rear cargo box, and "Arctic Cat" on the cargo box tail gate. Read more.

This recall involves E-Z-GO gas-powered TXT Fleet golf cars, E-Z-GO Freedom TXT, TXT2+2 and Valor golf cars, E-Z-GO Express, E-Z-GO Terrain and Cushman Shuttle vehicles with bench seats for the driver and passengers. The E-Z-GO Terrain and the Cushman Shuttle have a cargo bed on the back. The recalled vehicles have date codes ranging from G2015 through L0515. E-Z-GO or Cushman and the model name are printed on the side and front panels of the vehicles. Date codes are printed on a plate or label inside the cab below the driver’s seat. The first letter of the date code identifies the month of production in sequence, with G corresponding to January and L to May. There is no letter I. The first two numbers in the date code identify the two-digit day of production and the final two numbers identify the two-digit year of production. Read more.

This recall involves 2015 model YXC700DF (Viking VI), YXC700DHFH (Viking VI Hunter), YXC700PF (Viking VI EPS) and YXC700PHFH (Viking VI EPS Hunter) side x side vehicles. Model numbers can be found on the owner's manual. The letter F in the 10th position of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) indicates that the vehicle is 2015 model. The VIN is stamped on the frame behind the left rear wheel. The "Viking VI" model name is printed on the left side of the front hood. The vehicles come in Realtree (multicolor), hunter green, red and steel blue. Read more.

This recall involves Pro Armor doors sold as accessories for model year 2010 through 2014 Polaris RZR 800 and RZR 900 models. The doors have a black powder coated finish and have four major components: a large square sheet metal panel, a smaller triangular sheet metal panel, a tubular metal frame and a latch. The panels are interchangeable and come in two styles. One style has cutout vents along the top and the other style has none. The smaller panel has a white Pro Armor logo below the cutouts. The door frame has the logo and "Pro Armor" on the top tube. The latch is silver with a black locking mechanism that attaches to the vehicle frame and a handle that attaches to the door. Read more.

This recall involves all 2014 Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail and Wildcat Trail XT side-by-side utility vehicles with Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) 000001 through 316232. The VIN is located on the frame tube near the driver's side front wheel. These units were sold in red, green, lime green, team arctic green and mat black. The words "Arctic Cat" and "Wildcat Trail" appear on the sides of these vehicles and on the hood. Read more.

This recall involves E-Z-GO, Cushman and Bad Boy Buggies brand gas- and electric-powered, four-wheeled vehicles with bench seats for the driver and passengers. Recalled E-Z-GO and Cushman vehicles have serial numbers from 2823208 to 2850425 and from 3000001 to 3003187. Bad Boy Buggies vehicles have serial numbers from 8005089 to 8006013. The brand and model names are printed on the side and front panels of the vehicles. Serial numbers are printed on a plate or label inside the cab below the driver's seat.
