True Fitness Recalls Showrunner II Consoles Sold with Fitness Equipment Due to Fire Hazard
This recall involves Showrunner II Consoles with wireless phone chargers. Product numbers C4P, C4PAE, C4PBE, C4PES, C4PVC, C4PM, C4PMAE, C4PMBE, C4PMES or C4PMVC are printed on a label located on the rear console cover at the connection point of console (console mast) and cardio product base. Consoles will need to be removed from base to view product number label. The consoles are 16-inch Integrated Personal Viewing System ("PVS") LCD Consoles for use with True Fitness exercise products, including treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals and stepmills, created for commercial facilities. The model numbers for the fitness equipment include True Fitness Treadmill, Model TC900, True Fitness Stationary Bike, Model UC900, True Fitness Climber, Model VC900 and True Fitness Elliptical, Model XS1000. The console containing the wireless phone charger with an uncovered mounting bracket is a component part of some True Fitness exercise equipment.

Johnson Health Tech Trading Recalls Horizon Fitness Treadmills Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves Horizon Fitness T101-05 folding treadmills. The treadmill has a running area that measures 55 inches long by 20 inches wide and has a 33-inch-wide console. The display has red LEDs that provide workout information to the user. Horizon T101-05 is printed on the treadmill's serial number label. The name of the model and the serial number are located on the metal frame near the power switch. The serial number starts with the letters "TM". Only treadmills with the following serial numbers are included in this recall. Only Horizon Fitness T101-05 folding treadmills are included in this recall. Nautilus Recalls Treadmills Due to Fall Hazard
This recall involves Nautilus treadmills with model number T616 and serial numbers 100672PRO21140001 through 100672PRO21171980 and with model number T618 and serial numbers 100647PRO21130111 through 100647PRO21183960. Nautilus and the model number are printed on the plastic shroud at the front of the treadmill's walking belt. The serial number is on the base-frame of the treadmill beneath the belt.

Johnson Health Tech Recalls Matrix T1 and T3 Commercial Treadmills Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)
This recall involves the Matrix Fitness T1X, T1xe, T3x and T3xh treadmills. The treadmill has a running platform that measures 60 inches long by 20 inches wide, a 33-inch-wide console and a straight power cord with no power cord bracket. Matrix is printed on the treadmill console masts. The model name and the serial number are located on the connecting bar at the bottom of the machine near the power socket. The serial number is comprised of the letters TM, a three-digit model number, the manufacture date in YY/MM format, followed by a five-digit serial. The recalled treadmills were manufactured from January 2009 through January 2018. The Olympic Dumbbell handles are chrome in color and finish, and each dumbbell handle comes with two locking collars in black.

Rep Fitness Recalls Strap Safety Brackets Due to Injury Hazard (Recall Alert)
This recall involves PR-4000 (SKU No. PRA-4120) and PR-5000 (SKU No. PRA-5122) Strap Safety brackets. The SKU numbers can be found on the product packaging. Strap Safeties are designed to prevent damage to barbells due to missed lifts during weightlifting. The Strap Safety brackets are black and attach to the weight lifting posts of a squat stand to ensure the strap safeties stay in place. The straps on the Strap Safety products are secured to the brackets with heavy duty bolts. Consumers should retain the strap safeties and heavy-duty bolts. Only the brackets are being recalled.

Nautilus Recalls Bowflex SelectTech Barbells Due to Impact Injury Hazard
This recall involves the Bowflex SelectTech 2080 Barbell with Curl Bar. The product consists of two metal bars, one straight and one curled, which are used one at a time. The bar is inserted into a base, and the user selects the number of weight plates needed to reach the desired weight by turning an adjustment knob. The barbells are black with a red Bowflex logo on the weight selector dial. The storage tray is marked with the name "Bowflex" and the Bowflex logo in the center.

Decathlon USA Recalls Swiss Balls Due to Injury Hazard (Recall Alert)
This recall involves Decathlon’s Domyos swiss balls, also referred to as pilates balls or gymnastics gymballs, with model numbers 8529175, 8529176 and 8529177. The recalled balls are used for exercising and were sold in blue, bordeaux, and gray colors. They measure 21.65 inches to 29.53 inches in diameter and weigh between 10.6 and 10.9 ounces. Domyos, the diameter and the weight are printed near the base of the ball.
