This recall involves Essential Values Golf Grip Solvent and Essential Values Grip & Rip re-gripping solution sold as a kit with 14 strips of golf tape. The bottles are labeled on the front with "GOLF GRIP SOLVENT, RE-GRIPPING SOLUTION, UNIVERSAL APPLICATION, GAIN CONSISTENCY IN YOUR GAME, QUICK DRYING, SAFE & NON-TOXIC, KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN" and on the back with safety information and instructions. This recall involves all Advent 4F, Advent 4FL, Advent 6 and Advent 6L golf carts sold from May 2020 through June 2022. The golf carts were sold in 4 and 6-seat configurations and in a variety of seat and body color configurations. The golf carts have the Advanced EV logo across the front cowl. Only units with serial numbers within the range of LTA0050000 through LTA0145000 are included in this recall. This recall involves the Orange Whip golf swing trainer models OWT and OWM. The recalled trainers have a black grip and flexible shaft with a weighted orange ball attached to it. The batch number is printed on the inside of the counterweight steel ball (white or gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip. The recalled trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. In order to read the batch number, the counterweight steel ball must be unscrewed by hand. The recalled vehicles are various sizes, models and colors of model year 2012 Precedent I2 golf and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. The vehicles can be identified by model and serial number. The model number is indicated in the first two letters of the serial number and can be found above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. A list of recalled models and serial numbers is below.
