The serial number of the recalled device ranges from C_1711188_US to C_1909011_US. The serial number label is located on the seat assembly. WHILL and Model Ci are printed on the battery compartment. This recall involves Hill Topper Electric Bike Kits with motor controller circuit boards used to convert regular bicycles to electric bicycles. The motor controller circuit boards, 24V/250W and 36V/350W, were sold separately as well as part of the kits. Serial numbers for the recalled scooters have the letters "QYCEI" followed by a six-digit number in the following range: 000001 through 014456. The serial number can be found etched on the underside of the scooter's center platform near the data label.
