This recall includes model year 2021-2025 Drive 2 Personal Transportation Vehicles (PTVs) Gas/Electric golf car vehicles. The recalled golf car vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. The following models and serial number ranges are included in this recall. The model name/number is located on the left and right side of the vehicle. This recall involves Swivel Port mouthpiece versions of equine bits from the Bob Avila collection. The bits include the following models: Avila Santa Maria Swivel Port (model no. AVB-171), a 7 ¼" shank with a decorative silver design and swivel port mouthpiece; Avila Byron Swivel Port (model no. AVB-612), an 8" Gunmetal shank, swivel port mouthpiece; Avila Phoenix Swivel Port (model no. AVB-621), an 8" cheek with a silver and copper decorative sunflower at the top of the shank, and silver bar design on remainder of cheek; and Avila Sunflower Swivel Port (model no. AVB-222), a 7" shank with a decorative silver and copper floral design, swivel port mouthpiece. Read more.

This recall includes Shoulder Relief Cinches which are designed to hold the saddle in place on the horse. The leather cinch comes in black and brown colors and measures between 24 and 36 inches. The Total Saddle Fit name is located near the buckle on the cinch. This recall only includes cinches sold prior to August 2021, which can be identified by a Shoulder Relief Cinch with a round buckle and no center elastic on the cinch. Read more.

This recall involves Essential Values Golf Grip Solvent and Essential Values Grip & Rip re-gripping solution sold as a kit with 14 strips of golf tape. The bottles are labeled on the front with "GOLF GRIP SOLVENT, RE-GRIPPING SOLUTION, UNIVERSAL APPLICATION, GAIN CONSISTENCY IN YOUR GAME, QUICK DRYING, SAFE & NON-TOXIC, KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN" and on the back with safety information and instructions. The products were sold in an 8-ounce white bottle with a blue label. In the past, the products were sold as 2-pack, 4-pack, 6-pack and with 28 golf strips bundle. Read more.

This recall involves Excalibur Crossbow's C2 Crank sold as a cocking aid for crossbows. The C2 Crank has two plastic cocking hooks attached to the string of the C2 Crank. The C2 Crank was sold in black. The "Excalibur Crossbow" logo is on the front of the unit. The part number 2199 and the UPC number 626192021991 are located on the packaging. Read more.

This recall involves all Advent 4F, Advent 4FL, Advent 6 and Advent 6L golf carts sold from May 2020 through June 2022. The golf carts were sold in 4 and 6-seat configurations and in a variety of seat and body color configurations. The golf carts have the Advanced EV logo across the front cowl. Only units with serial numbers within the range of LTA0050000 through LTA0145000 are included in this recall. The serial number can be found on a metal plate located near the accelerator and brake pedals and begins with the letters "LTA." Read more.

This recall involves two (2) white ceramic pulleys, with the marking Cabrinha on each of the pulleys, on the Cabrinha® Switchblade and Drifter Kites for kite surfing with model number 02 and serial numbers beginning with one of the following: 61NI, 61NJ, 61NK, 61NL, 62NA, 62NB, 62NC, C11G, C11H, C11K. The model and serial numbers are on the outer box containing the kites, on the hangtags of the kites and on the trailing edge of the kite's label. The packaging for the kites does not have a green dot on the hangtag and outer shipping box. The recall includes two white ring ceramic pieces/guides (two per kite). Read more.

This recall involves the Petzl PIRANA descender, an aluminum adjustable friction descender device for canyoneering. The descender has three rope installation options that allow the user to select the degree of friction before initiating a descent. A friction spur allows the user to increase braking power during descent. A plastic ring keeps the connector positioned to facilitate rope installation while the device is connected to the harness. The descender comes in orange (D005AA00) and black (D005AA01) with serial numbers ranging between 19 F 0000000 000 and 22 A 9999999 999. Serial numbers are located on the frame of the product. This recall involves the removable GLW battery packs installed in UL-Listed Hovertrax 2.0 brand self-balancing scooters/hoverboards manufactured between September 2016 and August 2017. GLW's battery packs were certified as compliant with ANSI/UL Standard 2271 by UL. Hovertrax hoverboards have two wheels at either end of articulated dual platforms and are powered by GLW battery packs. The battery packs have the name GLW written in large letters on the packs themselves. The battery packs have serial numbers beginning with GLW, which is printed on a white sticker on the top of the battery pack, below the bar code. Hovertrax 2.0 is printed on the front of the hoverboard. The hoverboards were sold in black, black monochrome, blue, green, red, red monochrome, white, rose gold, camouflage, ocean blue, purple colors, and three multicolor patterns called Spectrum, Galaxy and Carbon.
