May 17, 2006 Aqua-Leisure Industries Recalls Inflatable Pool Ladders for Fall Hazard

The ladders were included with Aqua® Leisure Simple-Set® inflatable pools that range from 12- to 18-feet in diameter. The white metal arched ladders have two, three or four plastic blue steps on each side of the arch with two blue cross bars just above the top step. White plastic and metal clips are used to connect the steps to the ladder. Each step is molded with the words "Aqua® Leisure." Read more.


September 2, 2005 Aqua Scout Recall of Aqua Scout Water Scooters

The Aqua Scout Water Scooter is a hand-held, battery-powered product used to propel swimmers through the water. The product has a yellow or red plastic enclosure, a black plastic handle and propeller. There is no model numbers or brand name written on the scooter. Read more.


September 2, 2005 Atico International USA, Inc. Recall of Children’s Arm Band Pool Floats Sold at CVS Stores

The recalled plastic inflatable arm band pool floats are bright orange on the outside and white on the inside with an inflation valve on each side. They are imprinted with a “Surf Club” logo, “CVS/pharmacy,” and “Caution: This is not a lifesaving device. Do not leave child unattended while in use.” When inflated, the arm bands measure about 8-inches long by 6-inches wide. Read more.

This alert is only for consumers who dive with an Air 2 Alternate Inflation Regulator on a NON-SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator. Divers who use the Air 2 on a SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator are not affected by this alert. Read more.


November 17, 2004 Ocean Management Systems Recall of SCUBA Manifolds

The recall involves the 200 and 300 Bar versions of the OMS Rotating Cross Bar Manifold. The manifold consists of two valves which have "O.M.S." stamped on the side of each valve and a crossbar that has three O-rings per side. Each part has a black plastic knob. Read more.
