Recalls: Snowboarding
The recalled products are Bon Hiver Freebase snowboard bindings in the following models: 11 Series - Assault or Infrared, 13 Series - Arsenal or Hellfire and 18 Series - Stealth or Storm. The bindings are sold in pairs. Each binding is made up of two pieces: a boot base and a base plate. The boot base, which attaches to the snowboarder's boot, has a high back, ankle strap, toe strap and footplate. It is made of plastic and aluminum, has six magnets on the underside of the footplate and is made in the following colors: black, blue, red and white. The Bon Hiver logo appears on the back of the boot base near the top and across the ankle strap. The words "Bon Hiver Snowboarding" appear on the heel. The series number is located next to the logo on the back of the boot base and on the side of one of the footplates. The base plate is flat and made of black plastic. This recall involves the Rome Snowboards Co. 2010 United snowboard bindings. The bindings come in black and red color themes and in sizes small, medium and large. Rome is printed on the highback. The bindings also have graphics on the back of the highback and on the rear portion of the baseplate. Read more.
This recall involves 2007 model year Rossignol snowboard bindings. Models included in the recall are: HC 750, HC 1000, HC 2000, HC 3000, HC Mini, HC Amber, HC Diva, HC Harmony, HC Sonar, HC Zena and Jones Brown. Read more.
The model Rn'x7FX Quechua snowboard bindings are white or black. The word "Quechua" is located on the back of the binding. The model number is stamped on the box. Other Quechua snowboard bindings are unaffected by the recall but consumers may bring them to the store for proper identification. Read more.
This recall includes all 2003/2004 model year Rossignol-brand HC 500, Zena, Unit Pack, HC Rental, and Unit Rental snowboard bindings.
