This recall involves Model Year 2008 Honda TRX500 ATVs equipped with electric power steering, also known as the Honda FourTrax Foreman 4X4 with electric power steering. The adult-size ATVs are designed for use by riders age 16 and older. The ATVs are available in red, black, olive, white, and camouflage. “Honda” and wing logo are printed on the fuel tank and “TRX500” is printed on the side panel just below the seat. Read more.
This recall involves the dune buggies “Twister Hammerhead” with model number UM150IIR and model year 2004. The dune buggies were available in red, blue, or green. “Twister Hammerhead”, the model number, and the model year can be found imprinted on the bar behind the driver and passenger seats. Read more.

The recalled hammocks are Model X1010 multi texteline hammock and Model X1011 striped quilted hammock. They consist of a metal frame and cloth hammock. The metal frame is made of steel, is beige in color, and has five pieces, including two foot brackets. The model number is located on the hammock’s packaging and/or instruction sheet. Read more.
The recalled trainers are folding stands that lift and apply resistance to the rear wheel of a standard bike, converting the bike into a stationary trainer. There are three Travel Trac (TT) models included in the recall. The TT Inertial and TT I-Force Wireless use the same stand, with a looping black base and two red bike support arms. Along the right arm is Travel Trac printed in white. “Millennium” is printed along the left arm of the stand on a vertical white decal. TT Inertial and I-Force Wireless have black horizontal decals. The TT Millennium I-Force has a collapsible black stand with Travel Trac and I-Force vertical white decals and Inertial in small red letters. This recall involves 2008 Kawasaki KLX140A8F/B8F off-highway motorcycles. They are designed for the beginner as well as the more advanced rider. They are green in color and have “Kawasaki” identification on the sides of the fuel tank and KLX140 underneath the seat on both sides. Read more.
The magnetic dart board is about 15 inches wide with a black, white, green, and red bulls eye checkered design and was sold with six 4-inch long magnetic darts. The darts magnetically adhere to the dart board when thrown. “Made in China” is embossed on the back of the board. Read more.
