October 31, 2007 Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Crash and Fire Hazards

Ski-Doo Model Year 2008 MXZ Adrenaline 800R, MXZ X 800R, MXZ TNT 500SS, MXZ Trail 500SS, Summit Everest 154 800R snowmobiles are included in this recall. The model name is located on the side panels. They were sold in black/yellow, yellow, or black/slate. Read more.


October 23, 2007 Reynolds Recalls Bicycle Forks Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves the Reynolds UL bicycle fork models with 43 mm and 50 mm rakes and with serial numbers 09100 through 10403. The serial number decal is located on the steer tube. To see the serial number, the fork must be removed from the frame. Some recalled forks are black, have “Reynolds” printed on them, and have a gray and white stripe painted on the legs of the fork. Other recalled forks were painted with a different paint scheme and do not have “Reynolds” printed on them. To determine if a fork is included in this recall, consumers should contact the company. October 23, 2007 Cybex International Inc. Recalls Treadmills Previously Repaired Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the treadmills "Cybex 400T," "Cybex 410T," "Trotter 510," "Trotter 525", "Trotter 535", and "CXT+" that were recalled (link) on October 8, 2003 and later repaired. The treadmills are black with gray coloring, have rectangular uprights, and measure 69 inches long and 30 inches wide. The brands and models are written on the display panel. The “CXT+” model does not bear the brand Cybex or Trotter. Read more.


October 23, 2007 Ski Boards Recalled by Line Skis Due to Fall Hazard from Binding Failure

The 2006 Line X-Fly and Line Pro model ski boards were sold in 90 and 99 centimeter lengths. The Pro model is a twin-tip ski which is turned up at both ends. “Pro 90” or “Pro 98” is printed on the tail. The X-Fly is a unidirectional ski which is turned up on one end. “Fly 90” or “Fly 99” is printed on the tail. Read more.


October 22, 2007 Collegiate Pacific Recalls Power Packs for Portable Team Hydration Units Due to Injury Hazard

This recall involves the battery operated power pack boxes for the 20-gallon “Sports Cool Powered Team Drinker” and the 40-gallon “Sports Cool Powered Tanker with Cart” portable team hydration units. The units include a water tank, six hoses, a battery operated pack box, and a cart. “Sports Cool” is printed on the water tank. Read more.

October 18, 2007 Kong Maxx Ladder Stands Sold at Gander Mountain Recalled Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves Gorilla Kong Maxx Ladder Stands with model number 43032 and batch numbers G051507, G051507D, G061507D, G071507D, and G081507D. Model numbers are printed on the box only. Batch numbers are stamped on the vertical rail of the first ladder section. The stand is 19-feet to the shooting rail, or 16-foot 8-inches to the platform. The foot platform measures 17 ½ -inches wide. This is the only Gorilla, Inc. ladder stand with these dimensions. Read more.


October 18, 2007 Additional Injuries Prompt Re-announcement of Sportsstuff Recall of Air Pumps

The recalled products are air pumps with model numbers 57-1504-A and 57-1504 that are used to inflate low pressure inflatable items such as rafts and toys. The Model 57-1504-A pump was sold separately with an assortment of interlocking nozzles. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff “Launch Pod”, an inflatable water trampoline. The model number and the date code “0104” are located on the label on the top of the pump. Read more.


October 17, 2007 Deere & Company Recalls Utility Vehicles Due to Injury Hazard

This recall involves the XUV and HPX Gator utility vehicles made by John Deere with model and serial numbers included below. These are four-wheeled vehicles with a cargo box. “John Deere”, “Gator”, “HPX” and “XUV” are printed on the side of the cargo box.
