August 15, 2019 SSR Motorsports Recalls Off-Highway Competition Motorcycles Due to Crash and Injury Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves two-wheeled 2019 SSR Motorsports competition off-road motorcycles with model numbers SR70Auto, SR70C, SR110Semi/DX, and SR125Auto. Only vehicles with the 2019 model year have the letter K in the 10th position of the 17-digit VIN number stamped on the right side of the steering stem. SSR Motorsports logo is printed on the left and right side panels of the motorcycles. The motorcycles are black, white, red, orange, green, or blue. These motorcycles are fitted with traditional style front forks. Their engine displacements are stamped on the right side of the engine cylinder wall in respect to their model numbers: 72cc, 107cc, and 124cc. August 7, 2019 Seattle Manufacturing Corporation Recalls Ice Axes Due to Serious Injury and Fall Hazards

This recall involves Kobah Ice Axes of lengths 60, 65, 70 and 75 centimeters. The axes each have a steel pick and adze joined at the top of an orange aluminum handle shaft by a black polyamide resin head. There is a steel spike in the bottom of the handle shaft. "Kobah," "SMC" and Manufacturer's Lot Number (MLN) 10864 are printed on the handle shaft. Read more.


August 6, 2019 BRP Expands Recall of Snowmobiles Due to Fuel Leak and Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves model year 2017 Ski-Doo MXZ, Summit, and Renegade snowmobiles and 2018 Ski-Doo MXZ and Renegade snowmobiles equipped with an 850 E-TEC engine. The vehicles are sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right hand side of tunnel. The following models are included in the recall. August 1, 2019 Super Jumper Recalls Trampolines Due to Fall and Injury Hazards

This recall involves Super Jumper 14-foot trampolines, and 14-foot and 16-foot combo trampolines with enclosures sold without reinforcement clamps. The Super Jumper logo is printed on the center of the trampolines' mat. The trampolines have a black mat, gold springs and a blue pad covering the springs. The 14-foot models have six metal legs and the 16-foot combo has eight metal legs. Read more.


July 25, 2019 Cycling Sports Group Recalls Cannondale CAADX Cyclocross Bicycles Due to Fall and Serious Injury Hazard; One Fatality Reported

This recall involves model year 2013 through 2016 Cannondale CAADX Cyclocross bicycles equipped with disc brakes. Cyclocross racing combines both off-road and on-road cycling. The bicycles were sold in a variety of colors and configurations. Consumers should inspect their bicycle to determine if it is affected by this recall by confirming: (1) The bicycle has a prominent CAADX marking on the top tube or other location. (2) The bicycle has disc brakes. (3) The inside of the fork leg has a large "ULTRAX" marking. (4) The cable running to the front disc brake is outside of the fork, as opposed to inside the fork. July 24, 2019 Trek Recalls Kickster Bikes Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves all model year 2013 through 2019 Trek Kicksters. The bikes are made for toddlers who are learning how to ride a two wheeler. The kicksters do not have pedals so children can focus on balancing. They come in black, blue, red and pink and "TREK" is written on the crossbar. Read more.


July 16, 2019 K2 Sports Recalls Inline Skates Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves the following K2 Sports skate models. K2 is printed on the toe and wheels of the skates and the model name is printed on the label found on the tongue of the skate as well as the Velcro ankle strap. July 10, 2019 Custom Molded Products Recalls Valve Caps Sold With Hot Tubs/Swim Spas Due to Impact Hazard

This recall involves 2-inch diverter valve caps sold with certain Master Spas "Twilight Series," "H2X Swim Spa," and "MP Signature Deep Swim Spa" hot tubs/swim spas. The model names are printed on the control panel covers. The clear valve caps are included as a component part and are located under the diverter handle on the upper deck of the hot tub/spa above the water line. Read more.


July 2, 2019 SRAM Recalls RockShox Front Suspension Forks Due to Crash and Injury Hazards

This recall involves RockShox Lyrik and RockShox Yari front suspension forks with serial numbers 02T95514009 through 08T96214665. A bicycle fork is the part that holds the front wheel. The recalled forks are black or black and red and are for 29" bicycle wheels. RockShox is printed on the side of the fork and casting code 18 and O or 19 and A is embossed inside the webbing of the arch. The serial number can be found on the rear of the fork crown. This recall involves seat posts for four Faraday bicycle models, Porteur, Porteur S, Cortland, Cortland S. The words "HL" or "Zoom" are engraved on the seat post.
